Some things weren't even touched. I asked for ceiling fans and they are all still dusty. I asked for oven to be wiped and it wasn't touched. Baseboards in some areas were not touched. There were complete areas on the kitchen counter that were ignored. We had a few dishes in the sink (cups) and the coffee cup was left in the drying rack with coffee residue still on/in it. I specifically asked for the top of my kitchen cabinets to be wiped down (we mostly have open shelving so the upper cabinets are very minimal). An entire area was not even touched and caked with dust. They did not put things back that they moved. The 3 attachments to my vacuum cleaner were all in different rooms. They don't travel with a mop or vacuum which is fine, but not initially communicated until they showed up. When they left my home (we had gone out to give them space to clean), they didn't even text or call to let me know they were gone and locked up. And they left my dog locked outside. I will never use them again and to say i am disappointed is an understatement.

There are cobwebs on the stairs. I've seen them do a once over swipe with a duster on the top of our mailboxes without even looking to see if anything was cleaned.
