There are numerous areas that look substandard, but the part that is most problematic is the area in which stones have completely fallen off. This is a zero-traffic area of my porch, so there is no reason stones should be falling off. Upon reaching out to inquire about the warranty, as it has only been 2 years since the work was performed, and sharing several photos of the fallen stones, I was informed that they only warranty their work for 1 year. Well, thousands of dollars and only 2 years later, I did not expect for stones to independently fall off my house. Now, I have to pay another masonry company to fix Millikan's error. Poor workmanship and customer service.

Had an issue occur on my property where Brian/BRC Concrete laid the original driveway. I spent days trying to get into contact with Brian. Once he finally did answer, he was rude to me but agreed to do an estimate for the damages. We setup an appointment, and he didn't show up. A week later, my home builder informs me that he casually sent a quote via email with an estimate. I spent the next month trying to get into contact with him for a formal quote and to schedule the work. Calling, emailing, and asking my builder to try as well. This guy is just completely unreachable. He finally responded a month later through text message that he's too busy with his regular customers to schedule work he already agreed to do. Why agree to do an estimate and schedule work? All he did was waste my time and my builder's time.

My renovation required not only covering these areas with aluminum composite material (ACM), but also new construction of the entry element and facade. As a dealer I had the option of choosing a manufacturer approved contractor or one that I preferred. My architect and I visited a Chevrolet dealer that 4-D Construction had recently completed this same facility upgrade for to gauge the quality of their work. We both were impressed not only by the quality of the new construction and ACM installation, but also by that dealer's level of satisfaction with 4-D Construction and owner Denver Rassi. We chose 4-D Construction for my renovation and I am completely satisfied with that decision. The crew was professional, the work was outstanding, and the project was finished on time. Since the completion of the project I have had great contact from Denver Rassi. I have occasional questions which Denver replies to promptly or stops by the dealership in person. My project was completed by 4-D Construction with savings of several thousand dollars over the next closest proposal. I have and will continue to recommend them to my peers.
