I was told that this project was the first project for a new project lead and that person no longer works for the company. My question is where was the new project lead oversight? Why was management not on sight most of the time to provide guidance. Very obvious to me that this crew has no idea as to what they are doing and clearly no work ethic.

First, he put me off for 2 months saying he was fully booked. Then he said he was away on vacation and would call back the following week - but he didn't.
