I never felt like I was left hanging by her. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) in a very timely manner. When she arrived, I explained my situation to her. I deal with a lot of depression, ADHD, and anxiety. This makes things like keeping a tidy home completely overwhelming. So, instead of taking care of the problem, I let it get worse. The worse it got, the more depressed I became. I explained all of this to her, and she listened like a friend instead of someone I had hired to clean my apartment. She was completely empathetic and non-judgmental. She was also very straightforward yet tactful about what needed to get done. At one point, I thought I had to reschedule because I had an appointment and I didn't know what to do about my dog. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love.
