As a bodybuilder, it has many of the supplements that are hard to find in most stores. The only issue with health stores like Natural Grocers or Jack's is that they mark up all their prices and usually Amazon is cheaper 99% of the time. Not here. Many items are cheaper than what you can find online and you get to support a local business at the same time. I'm already carving room in my pantry for the next haul I come back with. Here's the reason why I gave 2 stars. I asked about the bogo 1/2 off and was told that it was done away with a long time ago. I informed him that I got that deal last week in Tyler. He then looked at my previous purchase on his computer and matched it. It maybe true for the privately owned GNC that it was done away with but I look at it that I was lied to even if it's a half truth, it's still a lie. I won't return there. He didn't offer to me any reason why he told me what he did. Unsure if this was the owner, manager or clerk, but be aware that they don't have to follow the same corporate rules.

A bag of mass gainer used to be $53 and they would always give me a 20% discount which brought it down to roughly $43. Now it is $74.99 with absolutely no discounts. They won't even honor the website's prices or accept online orders because they aren't a "corporate store". It's a shame I have to spend my money online with free shipping through GNC corporate and not support the local business. Reed is the new manager and his attitude was finally the last straw to not make me go back.
