Beware of diminishing customer services from Vivint home security and their mobile app. After years…read moreof excellent service we have now canceled due to an 11 month attempt to solve issues with the new mobile app. After 6 phone calls and dozens of attempts by Vivint's customer service team to program the mobile app, Vivint was unable to restore the use of the mobile app that once worked smoothly. We had been paying for services we were not receiving without concern or reimbursement by Vivint and have decided to drop the service. Sad to see a once great company turn into what it has become.
