When I politely declined those services, they had left without installing any services leaving me exposed to harm. I had made several arrangements to cancel previous services because I was relying on them being a decent company and doing what was promised. This had absolutely nothing to do with technical or logistical problem but 100% greed because I did not want to purchase additional services. I also found out their address in Lehi is not even their actual address but rather like a P.O Box type setup in order to appear to be in respectable upscale area when they are actually not.
