I took my belt and lifting straps off just to do curls and tucked them both under my bench, being sure its no noone's way. And the manager came up and threatened he would have to ask me to leave. When in a gym, you would expect it to be perfectly appropriate to have any equipment not provided by the gym with you. How he went about it just really caught me off guard. I would 100% understand If I had a plethora of clothes, a variety of drinks, or any things I do not need with me while working out, and they do go around asking people to put those things away. Also, from their ONE session solely on how to control your balance, helped with an obstacle I had today at a race. I was able to walk across a beam without falling into the water. Honestly, their training works and I hope to learn more before my next race in August. Even though it doesn't look like much when you go inside, it's more than enough to get you by in the races. If anything, they do have OPEN gym days, where you can just come and goof off, but sign the waiver online before coming on in!

I have taken my 8 year old on 3 occasions now, and on the last trip decided to try some myself. Conquered the jumping spider wall, floating logs, bungee run & 8 ft warped wall. Anyone over 35 is not allowed to attempt the 12 or 14 foot warped walls; there have been a couple Achilles injuries. They offer memberships, classes, and drop in rates. Individuals are required to pay an annual $25 insurance fee; on your first visit this is all you have to pay. Bottom line, this place is FUN. And every ninja needs to practice :)

They aren't just about a fit body, but also a fit attitude. Their trainers come in every day and beam positive energy even on days that they themselves may need an infusion. It makes a huge difference. I only see excellence. They consistently provide awesome coaching and kind encouragement. They're consistently well staffed. AND they are truly committed to an ongoing journey of excellence. I purchased a year in advance and don't regret the decision. I've been going as often as I can. The results are there. I feel better than I have in years and am still improving. So the 5 stars are earned. Nothing is perfect but they are the definition of outstanding. After randomly injuring my neck last week and it going away and coming back yesterday I thought it was best that I check myself into a yoga class for much needed relaxation and destressing. As soon as I walked into Central Mass I was put at ease. All of the ladies working at the front were very nice and asked me what I was looking for in a class. I decided on the restorative slow flow class. They have you take off your shoes before coming into any class as the floors creek and they want to keep it as quiet as possible. As I entered the class my body melted to the floor. Mandi took us through an hour and fifteen minutes of body strengthening and relaxing poses. We used straps, blosters and blocks to open up our hips, stretch our legs, and repair and restore parts that may have been aching! I loved this class so much that I decided to purchase the two week pass for $30 that is only open to first time students. It gives you unlimited classes and saves you a lot as a drop in class is $17. I've been back for two more classes since then and every teacher is amazing!
