On the day of the appointment, I walked in to her business. She was talking with a nail technician. She turned around and instead of greeting me she said, " your room is ready." I was taken aback as she didn't greet and acknowledge me in a proper manner. I went to the "room" and waited a few minutes before she came in. She proceeded to "shape" my eyebrows while talking about her father dating younger women! She ultimately left me with half an eyebrow! She tinted them and tried to hide the mistake and I didn't notice until I got home. For that, I paid full price. I then stated to the nail technician that I was going to pick my color for my pedicure and she quickly told me I didn't have an appointment! The owner heard and quickly got on her cell phone to call another technician in. What a fiasco! Not only is this place unprofessional, the owner is not a true businesswoman. Her customer service skills are appalling! Her conversations are inappropriate and her "waxroom" is dirty. I will never go back to that pit of a salon. Mediocre service in all areas. She'd be better off closing and pursuing other endeavors. Her appearance was not professional. I am sickened!

After being transferred and put on hold for 7 minutes, I was explaining to the man on the phone who didn't even state his name, my financial situation and how I'm looking for a cheap apprenticeship program. *LIKE CHAR GLO ADVERTISES* he proceeds to tell me "nothing in life is free" like... excuse me?! sir I'm aware of that to the fullest extent. I'm just curious how I go about it for your school!! He couldn't explain how to go about enrollment nor sounded excited or welcoming to new students. He had the gumption to try and tell me "no salon will let you walk in and apprentice for free" and that it's mandatory in WA state to be enrolled in school and apprenticeship program simultaneously. However a quick google search will tell you otherwise. wa.gov. cited. The man on the other line completely will prevent me attending this school.
