The "carrier" called me at 5:33pm on 3/19 to ask if they could pick it up early (the evening of 3/19), because they already had one pickup in my location. I agreed, as it was convenient for me as well. At 7:05pm, I received a message that my driver was on the way. At 8:57pm, when the driver had still not arrived, I called the carrier to see if I could get an update because I had to be up at 4am in the morning. He answered the phone "Yo". I told him who I was and he said "I'll call the driver and call you back". I don't know if he was sleeping, or high, but he didn't sound like he gave a crap... nor did I ever get a call back from anyone. At 10pm (3 hours after I received the message that they were on the way), I had decided to go to bed because I had to be up at 4am, had no update, and zero confidence they were going to show up. A couple minutes later, I get a phone call, "I'm here". I had to get up out of bed and get dressed again, to meet the driver. Aside from the communication, the driver was professional. My truck was not in the ideal spot for pickup because I could not move it. He did a great job getting the truck on the ramp and securing it. I got paid and the truck is gone. The job was done in the end. My overall impression of this company is that no one seems to care about much of anything except securing the vehicle.
