Finding a good car wash in Miami for a decent price is not easy, especially anywhere east of I-95. This place is awesome! Highly recommend this place, I have a black car and just got a mini detailing including hand wash, steamed interior, stay wax and sealant. I don't know what the guys do with my car but every time it looks like a new! It was a love from the first visit. First of all, you don't have to make an appointment. I come whenever I have time, drop off the car for one hour and go to Whole Foods for shopping. Sometimes, I just pass by and decide to stop and wash my car. Again, that is amazing that I don't have to call and ask for their free time. They always ready to work with your car! Had my car steamed and washed. They damaged my seat and then claimed it was like that. The lady running the place checked out my car before to give me a price then claims the tear was there after the fact. The manager apologized since he admitted being the one who did my vehicle interior and yet she still claimed I was lying about my claim. Worst Customer service. read more

I am very pleased with the steam wash. I had two cars washed and detailed today and they both came out fantastic. I usually use other mobile detailers but I wanted to try the steam wash to get the odors out of my cars' interiors. It worked, both cars are now odor free, incredibly clean and shiny. WARNING: Not sure about the cleaning services, but on their site they offer GPS tracking installation. So I reached out to them and confirmed the service and what type of tracker they install, and the associate told me the details also the times I can come for the service (they stated I can't make an appointment that I can just walk in). So I drove all the way there and guess whar...NO ONE at that shop knew of the service I was referring too (no the manager or the owner). So finally I got in contact with the associate (maybe he is the co owner) who stated that he didn't know the type of car that I have and that he doesn't feel comfortable installing it on my car (because it is an exotic vehicle). Which makes absolutely no sense, because your staff didn't even know what I was talking about, so clearly this is not even something that you do and also if you only do it on certain type of cars then why not ask that when I inquired about the service...of course its a luxury car, hence the need for a tracker. This place is unprofessional to the highest degree and a waste of time. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! If they are this unprofessional after you confirm a service with them imagine how they will be if you have any other types of issues. read more

I have been to every car wash in the area and this is the BEST one. First of all this is not your regular car wash. They do it all. You have a personal menu with any detail service you could dream of. From basic car washes to high quality ceramic coatings. For example, I think it's less than $50 to ceramic coat your drivers seat. I live down the street and I see them doing paint correction on Rolls Royce to Ferrari. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable. They will take care of you. Best prices and best customer service. My car is only 3 months old and it looks better now than it did when I drove it off the lot. Worth every penny! I didn't even know my car could be cleaned like this. It has been through a lot with floods and whatnot on southbeach. I'm so glad I came here. My only regret is not taking before and after pictures. I had a detail steam, light restoration, and basic wash. I usually don't write negative reviews but this definitely deserves it. I went to take my husband's car to get his car washed as a surprise since he has been so busy and I told the owner/manger/supervisor (not sure of his roll) that I wanted a basic car wash (which he always charges my husband $20). He then told me that they only do $50 minimum on Saturdays which is a lie because my husband has gone several times on a Saturday and they clean his BMW for $20. This has not been the first time that the owner tries to over charge me. After hurricane Irma I took my car to get washed and he was charging me $150 which is absolutely ridiculous. My car was dirty & had dog hair inside but not $150 worth. When my husband got there he reduced the price to $75 which was half the price. Obviously he over charges women & is sexist! I do not recommend this car wash due to the sexism from the owner/ supervisor/ Manager. read more

Expecting baby #2 so getting my car cleaned/detailed was on the list. I was planning on having my husband rent a rug doctor or something but we have so much left on our to do list I figured I spend the money for professional help. I didn't do too much research, just searched online and found good yelp reviews for this company. Went on their site, downloaded the app, which is an awesome app. I couldn't relate to the luxury cars being cleaned but that was nice to lnow that they worked with that caliber. What sold me were those extreme before and afters. Detailer came in like 45 mins. I paid through my app. Chose a mini detail $85 and rug shampoo $30. The detailer spent about 2 hours on my "mommy" suv. I couldn't believe it. Definitely not a rushed job. I had chocolate stains, slime stains, and other toddler damage. My critical mom was so impressed and my husband said it looked better than when we bought it (it was used but pre toddler damage). What a great company. Have nothing to complain about and already started recommending to people. read more
