He helped me choose a cost-efficient option, and his work was extremely neat and professional. He also explained how to properly care for the tint afterward and informed me about the lifetime warranty, as long as I kept a copy of the receipt. I appreciated that he even recommended taking a picture of the receipt, storing it in my drive, and emailing it to myself so I would always have access to it. Not many business owners share tips like that, especially when it comes to honoring lifetime warranties, so I truly appreciated his honesty and knowledge. Made an appointment to get my SUV tinted, arrived on time and discussed what we agreed to on phone then proceeded to say he didn't have in his notes what we agreed to be done to my car. I called on a Saturday morning and I was able to come right over and have my ALL of my windows tinted. They did it in a timely manor, and did a great job! I will definitely be back. They were friendly, made me feel welcome, discussed all of my options and I selected what I wanted. I should have listened to the professional on his opinion of what I should get after I explained to him what I was looking for, because he was right, and I should have gone slightly darker on the back windows. I scheduled an appointment and even arrived early for that appointment. Appointment and price were confirmed on the day I made it. Upon arrival I was told I was not scheduled and it must've been my fault for not confirming. Both employees on site had a complete lack of empathy and customer service, one of them was outright rude. You know the saying you get what you pay for? Total Tints in Manchester is where it originated. I went there in September 2012 off a recommendation from my brother-in-law to have my car's windows tinted. Well it's June 2013 and it still isn't correct after nine trips to the shop for various appointments (not all appointments have resulted in repairs). I've had bubbles, I've had peeling, I've showed up on occasions when I've had an appointment only to have them cancelled when Rusty either didn't show up or didn't have the materials even though I spoke to him a few days prior. Yes Total Tints is inexpensive, but that comes at a cost. You get shoddy workmanship and laughable customer service. And good luck getting a call or email from the actual owners. Do yourself a favor a go to a shop that actually knows what it's doing, like Attention to Detail in Middletown. You'll pay more, but you'll get awesome service by people who know how to perform their job. If I could give them zero stars I would, but unfortunately yelp makes me give one as a minimum. read more

Went there for tints a couple months ago. The lady who worked on the car didn't do the corner pieces infront of the pillars just because her hands didn't fit in there but didn't even notify me that she couldn't do them. She told me the water spots would go away after about a week or two and the spots are still there and it is very visible. Do not recommend! read more

"You Get What You Pay For..." RUDE!!! POOR TINT JOB!!! REPAIRS!!! These people do a half decent job; after windows are tinted your windows are left with spots, finger prints and/or wipe prints. This company do not have the sense to clean windows in one direction prior to placing on the tints. When you do get your windows done; the company offers a life time limited warranty ~I'm guessing this would explain such a horrible job they do a customer would be returning for some type of repair. The people also are poor in customer service; very rude to customers especially if you have a problem and/or need a repair. I highly suggest anyone who maybe considering getting their windows tinted; to go elsewhere... this place is not worth wasting your dollars especially if they offer the limited life time warranty; its still not worth it... "you will require a repair within a few weeks to a month post tinting!" Please spend, the extra cash and go elsewhere... I have got my windows done here and completely unsatisfied!!! Overall a fairly good experience. The tints came out really good. But their credit card machine was down resulting in me having to go to walgreens next door to take out the money. It's not really their fault, but some heads up while I was waiting would have been nice. But overall a good experience. They work very quick (did my car in about 50 mins) and they are reasonably priced. They did forget some tools in my car so I will have to return those at some point. read more

this place scratched the paint on the back of my car with a razor blade around the window, then either hit another car or hit something white and scratched my front bumper. my car was BRAND NEW!!!, after confronting them about it, they did not want to make good, they denied it. because you know, all brand new cars come with razor blade scratches and scratched front bumpers. needless to say, it will cost around $900 to get my car fixed, THANKS ALLOT TOTAL TINTS, YOU GUYS SUCK! i recommend to stay away from this place unless you want damage done to your vehicle. read more
