I had gone back inside and asked of they might have any footage that could help with my claim since I say we were dead in front of the cameras but after asking the sales person, they said we can't help you and the owners don't care. We even had her husband go in a few other times to follow up and he got the same response. I would tell anyone listing to go to a different smoke shop. They don't care about their customers or the people around them. This even went to the point where the owners nephew working had the same reaction. This is incredibly pathetic and baffling. Go somewhere else, this is a terrible shop with no customer service, period.

On the evening of October 3rd, I was in the area to grab my elf bar. I was able to use it for the evening and most of the day yesterday. Once it died it would not hold charge. I went to the store first thing this morning and explained the situation. The chick behind the counter advised me because it's been 24 hours past she would not be able to refund or replace. I didn't even want a refund. I just wanted a product that worked correctly for the money I spent. She then made me purchase a new one. As someone who works in the credit card processing industry, it is a known fact that a consumer is able to dispute or chargeback a transaction if and when they are not satisfied with the service and/or are not receiving the product they paid for. This includes defective items. As a merchant, it is your responsibility to provide a service and product that is not defective. She argued with me abruptly and told me it was illegal which is 100% incorrect. After trying to explain it she got extremely defensive and told me to never step foot in the store again. My boyfriend and I have been coming here frequently for awhile for many items. Taking my business else where it totally fine.. but after the amount of money I have spent here, they could have done the right thing especially after selling me something defective. Replacing a 23 dollar product that was defective would have kept you a long term customer. Now you lose out on two customers and the charge from 10/3 as I did not keep the defective product and I was not provided a replacement for something I paid for with the expectation it would work properly.

In the following two weeks 6 new charges for the same amount I charged were posted to my account. I was unemployed for two weeks at this time so this was especially difficult. My bank chose to pursue it from their end. I went and made a statement at the bank and they refunded my money. The last step is to do a police report to which the owner Jack and an employee Omar have been evasive. They haven't returned my calls. When I went in the store I got the same basic runaround about how they have someone in mind about who did this or that he may have already been fired. I'm telling my story in hopes of protecting someone else. The bank did inform me they see an unusually high number of fraudulent charges from smoke shops as well as gas stations where thieves insert readers into gas pumps and steal your debit card number. Well many other people would let it go at this point and let the bank handle the rest to which I mostly am doing. But I want to make SURE that a police report is done so it's investigated as to who this alleged employeee who "may have already been fired" (seriously what the hell kind of a response was that for them to give me!) gets to spend a few days in jail at the least. Otherwise he just goes down the street and gets a job at some other place and does it all over again.

Just like the other location, service is awesome. This one on Spring Mountain is a bit smaller but they are also very well stocked with lots of options. Juices, disposables, glass, wraps, and mods. They got cheap cigarettes too. Service - fast and friendly. We got a free goodie bag. Yay! Parking - park in the Lee's Auto lot.
