Accutane was wrongly prescribed when I was 18 and it changed my skin for the worst and hasn't got better since. I have been suffering for years, going to Western doctors and getting prescribed medications that either did not help, made the symptoms worse or helped for a short time and then stopped. I had gotten to the point that I was ready to try anything and I knew that acupuncture was my last option. I did a lot of research on Yelp before I found Juditha and all I can say is that I am glad I decided to begin my treatments with her instead of any other place. When I called to schedule an appointment, I didn't think I would actually get in that week because I knew Juditha was the only person working at her office. She asked me several questions while we were on the phone and was able to get me in two days later. I was so very thankful for that! Juditha has literally saved my life and I cannot thank her enough. I really feel and believe that Juditha cares for her patients, like they are her family members. She doesn't just take you into a room and stick needles in you. She sits you down every time and talks to you, finding out how you've been doing since the last time you were in and she gives you homework to do from one session to the next. In for shoulder and neck intermittent hurt for past 2 months. Massage alone did nothing to help. So boss lady here did a LOT of good. Acupuncture, acupressure, cupping and scraping. I started seeing Judita for the pain in my hips, which had been getting progressively worse over the last 10 yrs. I was also have vertigo problems when going from a sitting to laying down position and visa versa (for almost 8 months). Within 3 or 4 appointments of scraping/guasha of the neck area the vertigo was gone. Evidently i had a blood flow issue, possible created by scarring from a cervical spine surgery back in 2015. As for my hips, using all her techniques she was able to relieve me of some of the pain, but after around 15 appointments determined that my issue was structural and advised me to see a surgeon. She was correct! I had hip dysplasia and the cartilage was pretty much gone. This woman actually wants to help you. She is a problem solver, but wont continue to treat you if she thinks you would benefit from other procedures. The word integrity comes to mind. Im retired military and spent years abusing my body for my country. I had been trying for the last 10 yrs thru military doctors to get a proper diagnosis. All i got was drugs and shots, waste of time. I did quite a bit of searching and tried one other acupuncture company, then finally found her. Her rates are really reasonable too. Thank you Judita for caring enough to help me. I highly recommend to anyone who is tired of the run around by western medicine to try this first so you have more knowledge of your condition if you eventually have to see a western doctor. read more

I am so grateful I found Total Wellness Acupuncture. I do aerial arts, which is insanely hard on your body, and I was referred by one of my instructors when I strained/ruptured my calf during training for a competition. In two treatments (with rest in between as instructed) I was in good enough condition to start training again!! She is magic... Every time I go in, it's a great experience. Judith has been treating my back pain (from two spinal surgeries) for some time. I have less pain and walking straighter for which I am very grateful. Juditha has the worst demeanor. I called once asking for Accupressure therapy. She said she can do this but wasnt available for a week. So I said ok, I am going to see if there another therapist available sooner. She was very rude about it. Then I called back in a couple days to make an appt and her demeanor was again very rude and after I booked the appointment she asked me if I went to another therapist as if again she was insulted. I asked her if she wanted my business and she said no. So, I canceled the appointment. Too bad, she lost a good customer. Hope she eases up. read more

I have a very stressful job to the point I was constantly tense, lived with upper back, shoulder and neck pain, and sustained frequent tension headaches. My health was being compromised. I love my work, but I hate the stress. I needed a change, but could not change professions. My shoulder froze up in great pain. On the 2nd day, on a Friday, on my way home from work, at about 5:30 pm, I walked in without an appointment. Judita looked at the clock, thought a moment, and then said, "Okay. I'll treat you." I had about 50% motion and reduced pain after just that one treatment. I don't know what she did, but it was magic. She saw me the next day also, and I improved further still on that 2nd treatment. Have never tried acupuncture before and my only regret after visiting Total Wellness Acupuncture is that i wish i tried it earlier! For years i've seen medical doctors that either told me it would take years to fix my health issues or would continuously send me in for testing to try to find out one thing to treat at a time.
