Now I am going to take my business elsewhere if the current issue with my phone isn't resolved. My phone had what I believed to be some water damage. I brought it in and the manager said it needed a new motherboard (after running diagnostics), so I said okay lets fix the phone. He told me it would be fixed in a weeks time. So, I decided to purchase a new phone because I couldn't go a week without the phone. Purchased a new phone, went home, boyfriend surprised me with a temporary phone. Went back, returned the phone and paid the stocking fee even though I cleaned the phone out, and told the manager to go ahead and start fixing the phone. Cost $120.00 for repairs and another $100.00 for restocking fees. $220.00 I have already paid (plus the phone being replaced I purchased from them in the spring) A week later I receive a call saying that I need to pay an additional $120.00 because there is damage to the screen and they need to replace the screen and oh yea, they also broke it further so there are more damages that need to be done beyond the screen being fixed. I explained that since they broke the phone that they needed to fix this for free, and although the girl I spoke to agreed with me, the MANAGER didn't. He said that although they broke the phone further, I still need to pay the $120.00 WHAT THE HELL. Why would I PAY for their mistakes? They ran diagnostics prior, told me the problem was one thing, and then broke it further and want ME to pay for their mistakes? When I refused they said I could pick up the phone and receive a full refund or I could pay an additional 20.00 for them to run another diagnostic test?! What? I said how about you keep the $120.00 and just fix my phone. The girl again agreed, talked to the manager, and he wouldn't budge. Now if I go pick up my phone it will be damaged beyond repair BY THE COMPANY and they WONT FIX it?! I am really hoping the owner of the store sees this because this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and like I said I have been coming here years and telling people to come here and I am seriously about to tell everyone to stop coming here and start going a few blocks down the street to the other cell phone repair shop where they also sell phones too for EVEN LESS.

I contacted Dan, the technician, to troubleshoot my printer. He came to my residence, diagnosed…read morethe problem, and informed me that the roller that grabs the paper needed to be replaced. I paid the service charge of $85.00. When he returned with the part, I was charged another $85.00 for a service charge plus the cost of the part. I explained I understood the service charge to be a one-time charge not a charge for him to come out and another service upon returning to install the part. Everyone else I contacted informed me there would be a one-time service charge to include coming out to diagnose the problem and if they had to return because a part was needed. We negotiated the amount and I paid $125.00. The following day, I tried the printer only to discover the roller he installed was still not grabbing the paper. I called Dan and he told me he would come out the next day. The next day came, and Dan did not show or call. I called him again; he apologized and informed me he would come out after 5pm. Again, another no show. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and honesty, not to mention the out-of-pocket expense of $210.00 for a printer that is not working. I would caution anyone who is considering utilizing the services of FixitNow to think twice and make sure you get the particulars in writing. I really appreciated the communication and price transparency. He came in a large Mercedes van with all of the necessary equipment. He was super nice and friendly, gave me a fair price and completely fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. I also asked him if he could add a screen protector that I had purchased on Amazon and he did it at no charge and was very friendly about it. I would absolutely use the service again and I highly recommend it.

The guy said i can give you the latest Samsung for $600us plus the cover $40.. she believes it and buy the phone .. when she arrives home she show me a Samsung A13 ! The real cost for that crap cost $189 plus when i see her old phone i just plugged and it was perfect .. the old phone just need to be charged the battery.. they lie from the beginning to sell a crappie phone 3 times the price!! And her phone is a lot better and in perfect condition! She didn't need to buy anything ! We are going tomorrow to get the refund or im willing to spend the money and time required till i recuperate every back!!! The gentleman took my iPhone in back for less than 5 minutes. He came back out front chuckling. It turned out that I'd done something pretty difficult to do; I had triple clicked one of the side buttons while trying to take a picture, and that set the phone to an unintended feature. It hid or shrank most of my Icons. But he fixed this unusual problem without even having to unlock the phone. He was nice and did not charge me. I will definitely come back here, and I'll be recommending this business

It was so nice to have someone answer the phone. I am not crazy about these automated tellers you get when you call a business, so it's nice to have a real person answer. This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. And if you want to buy some fresh coffee, they sell it there also. I would recommend this place.
