The front desk person was very nasty and hung up the phone on me. When I tried to call back, she kept sending me to voicemail, finally when she answered the phone I asked for an office manager, she told me that there was no office manager. Very disappointed in my experience and will not refer or patronize this practice. Ladies keep it moving very unprofessional. Not recommended.

Where did you get this from?" While shaking the bag as I was telling I am dropping it off for a relative. I asked why not ask me, "How about may I help you?" Ignored me. Her appt was scheduled for 2:00 pm on a Friday , she was not seen until a hour later. my daughter was vomiting before he entered the room. He did a brief evaluation, prescribed her nausea medication, sent her to the lab for blood work and put orders in for Pelvic exam and chest x ray , which had to be scheduled ! My daughter was so sick and weak when she FaceTimed me that I had call someone to piCK her up because she drove herself to her appointment. Once I attempted to call someone in his office to assist her it was 5pm , closed for the day . my daughter had to leave Camp Springs to go to Kensington because they was a appt available for her pelvic exam that day . In route there my daughter vomiting continued , upon arrival my daughter's vomiting continues . Instead of going to radiology she went to urgent care ! She was treated until they were closing at 11 pm , the transported to Gaithersburg for observation & treatment until The next day ! Diagnosed with food poisoning and severe dehydration. They failed terribly in patient care ! Not to mention Camp Springs has an urgent care literally 50 ft. From the internal medicine dept that she should have been transferred to before he clocked out ! I also don't understand why in her condition and age , he didn't he care enough to ask did she drive herself there before discharging a patient experiencing chest pains and abdominal pain. I Am very pleased with the care she received at Kensington and Gaithersburg.

The office is very clean, neat, and modern. The staff is pretty friendly and professional. Making an appointment has always been easy and prescriptions get sent directly to my pharmacy within an hour. Did I mention how awesome this doctor is? Fast forward months later, I see that there's a lab claim on my insurance for $1,500+ and that it's my full responsibility. How can this be, if I went to in-service medical provider? Well, apparently this provider only uses one lab called bio-reference lab unless explicitly expressed by the patient to use another. This is the most backwards ass thing I have ever experienced. How can you as a provider not do your due diligence to see where my lab work needs to go? Why is that my responsibility. Why wait for some nonsense like this to happen, when you could tackle the issue on the front end? Now there's a huge possibility that I have to pay this large bill for SIMPLE LAB work because office assistants don't want to go the extra mile to check. It's disgusting as hell and I know this issue is a massive problem within the American Healthcare itself. Providers need to do better. I'm a 23 year old woman that is new to the healthcare insurance enrollment period (that typically occurs in September/October) so if you refer back to my date of service you could see that this is months into using my new insurance after being on my parents. Why must people advocate for themselves when providers should be doing their damn jobs to make sure things like this don't happen. I had one of the office assistants tell me that they don't check the specific labs that will accept a patients lab work. WELL, I'm requiring and urging you all to implement better practices within your office. There's no way WORKING PEOPLE should be stressed about paying medical bills due to your error and lack of care. I pray I am able to beat this, and that nobody comes after me later down the road. I'm simply not coming back here. I'm sure the doctors here do great work, but it was the lack of care from this office that has made me very very cautious of where I go now.

The OBGYN refused to refill my prescription because my blood pressure was too high for her-but for some reason she didn't get what I was going through. She said she wanted to talk to my psychiatrist before she approved the pill. She pushed IUD's on me. I kept telling her that's not what I want. The receptionist was rude. They took down the number for my psychiatrist but I guess they never called. I kept calling to check up on the status, but eventually just gave up. Had to find a new OBGYN. I reviewed her on ZocDoc and gave her a positive review. Think I'm going to delete it. Yeah, I was going through a lot and like most doctors I've encountered they are just not trained to handle withdrawal and Akathisia.

They said someone would reach out to me after 10 days and I never got contacted. I tried to reach out to the office and was forwarded to a call center who said they would relay the message to the actual office. But even after that I would still hear nothing back. Turns out the abortion failed and every doctor/obgyn I went to asked if the clinic ever made an 2nd appointment to do a another ultrasound to make sure it worked, but I never even got contacted talk less of have a 2nd appointment. I didn't know the normal protocol is to have a follow up appointment and have another ultrasound until going to the emergency and my primary doctor for nonstop bleeding. Now I'm still pregnant and faced to pay over 1,000 to terminate it or keep it. I don't recommend coming here. Go to a clinic that will actually set another appointment after giving you the pill.
