If I was there for information they always took their time with me and I never felt like I was bothering them or they wanted me to either spend money or leave. The first experience I was looking for a dash cam for my wife's car. They gave me their input on the best choice (on Amazon) and told me they would install it if I brought it in. They could have easily sold me something for more money, but they had our best interest at heart. I followed their advice, bought it on Amazon and brought it in to be installed. It cost less than their original estimate. Who does that? Then I needed to replace the stereo in my 1996 Electra Glide as it had seen better days. Everyone else I talked to wanted to sell me a $3500 unit for a $7000 motorcycle. These guys recognized exactly what I needed and worked with me. Again they helped me find a part on Amazon that they couldn't get through their suppliers and upgraded my speakers for a better sound at 80 mph. These guys will always be my go-to people. They are honest, down to earth, reliable and fun to work with. I recommend you not waste your time shopping around when these guys are right around the corner. They gave me a tour of the shop and showed me some of the intricate work they do on show vehicles, boats, custom work and everyday vehicles. As far as I am concerned, it does not get better than Zamz!!!

They seem to do solid custom work, but if you're on a budget or want more control over your setup, this may not be the most approachable place. Felt more transactional than collaborative.

Not only did they have the mic, they even caught I had the initial wrong one. Good price, HONEST, and fast service. I got a chance to see some of the work they were doing in their shop and it looked amazing. They had one truck fired up and the sound was really good. After 10+ years, I canceled due to repeated failures to notify me by phone when my business alarm was triggered--a service they provided reliably until a recent management/ownership change. They claimed it was "no longer possible." Yet today, while removing equipment POST-CANCELLATION, police were dispatched for an alarm--despite assurances that I had **no active service**. Allow me to add my discontent to the large pile of other customers already having done so. Avoid this company at all costs.

Cotter pin was missing from the ball joint. The dealership says that if I would've hit a speed bump high enough, my control arm would have fell out on the road..... ABOVE AND BEYOND CLAIMED FIX AUTO "repaired".... Not even a year later...my front bumper is sagging because the bumper was GLUED. When I called at 3:40 PM to check the status, the adjuster said they were still looking at the vehicle. I explained that we needed the car back before they closed at 5 PM. At 4:27 PM, we received a call from Tom's informing us they were unable to get to our vehicle at all. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
