After they gave us a quote, they also explained the process, talked about the necessary permits with our HOA, reviewed next steps, and even spent time texting with me about the updated requirements for the stairs on the deck. They sent us detailed recaps after every day they were on site and even went into the crawl space in our attic to show the inside view of the roof. The result was beautiful, and we ended up with a product that looked nicer after the storm than what was there beforehand. We were in the process of selling our home, and the buyers loved the work they did, and it led to a successful sale of our home. We couldn't be happier with the service.

I had thought with yard clean up, the lawn would be mowed but this was not included. The weeding was done but not throughout the rock trim and flowers were pulled along with weeds. The bushes were not trimmed. Two were flowering and couldn't be but the others should have The mulch is done well but a mess was left behind. I understand mulch is messy and it was raining. All in all, I would not use again.
