Totally Awesome Printing is a local design and print shop. We use them for our posters. They have reasonable rates and a fast turn-around time. Recently I ordered t-shirts to support Johnny at YSA. The shirts were delivered to the school, but not delivered to my children. After many emails with the school and TAP, TAP took it upon themselves to re-print my order at not additional cost. They phoned me directly to pick up the shirts within a week (after waiting since February for the initial order which was lost at the school). The only downside of this experience, and I hate to even say anything negative, is that when I entered the TAP office, no one greeted me. There was a man in the back room working - no greeting. I could hear people upstairs - no greeting. A woman was behind the desk working on a Mother's Day graphic with a customer. She did not look away from her computer screen. I stood there from 2:55 until 3:05 before the woman finished working with her customer and was able to turn to me and ask how she could help. Ten minutes I stood there without any kind of acknowledgement. So, yes, that sucked. I had to run out of there and pick up my children who were getting out of school. I thought I had given myself plenty of time, especially since I had let the person at TAP who called me know I would be there around 3pm that same day. Why can't anyone say hello? Can I help you? Oh, that bag behind the counter? Of course! Here you are, ma'am! We will continue to do business with TAP because they are conveniently close and do good work. read more

Terrible! I went to them in April and asked them if they could make "save the date's" for my wedding and i was told I would be called or emailed within the next week. I waited 3 weeks so I emailed them and got an email back the next day saying, "email *womans name* about your save the dates, she has your info. I will make sure she contacts you." So I emailed her after a day or two and I never got a responce. It is now the end of May. read more
