During that time, I have visited once or twice a month and have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with your business. Until recently, my experiences were consistently professional. Over the last six months, however, I have noticed a dramatic change in the way I am treated by certain employees. While one of your male employees has always been courteous, professional, and helpful, two female employees have repeatedly displayed hostility, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior toward me. On June 3, 2026, I came into your store to make approximately 150 copies. The copier was not functioning properly. An employee attempted to use the machine multiple times without success. I then requested only a few copies. No one informed me that there would be a different charge because an employee was making the copies rather than me making them myself. When I received my bill and asked about the pricing difference, I was met with an argumentative and dismissive attitude rather than a professional explanation. As I attempted to explain the situation, one employee repeatedly interrupted me, became increasingly rude, and refused to listen. Another employee eventually told her to stop arguing and move on. This was not an isolated incident. It was simply the latest example of a pattern of disrespectful treatment that I have experienced from the same individuals. I have never been rude, threatening, or disruptive in your store. In fact, over seven years, I have spoken very little to these employees beyond normal customer interactions. Yet I continue to be treated as though I am unwelcome. As a long-time customer, I find this disappointing. Customers should not be subjected to hostility, gossip, judgment, or unprofessional conduct while conducting ordinary business. Whether an employee personally likes a customer is irrelevant. Professionalism is part of the job. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe management should know how customers are being treated. Our company took part in shirt sales fund raiser for local school (Coronado High School). We also…read moreordered shirts, hats etc. 1 full set of the shirts were not true to size. Contacted the company many times, there response was, "were working on getting the shirts out to you" or "Let me find out". Either way much later and alot of wasted time and money on my part and I still don't have shirts that fit. Initially slow but not bad to deal with quality could have been better in materials and workmanship but satisfactory. Don't expect to be blown away but if they have to redo something don't expect to get satisfaction. It's been over several months now. Oh but every time I called to find out where my replacement shirts were they did take the time to try to sell me more. Shameful. Update 11/19/2024 Just got a call from a salesman from TKO sports stating that are calling on behalf of Coronado High School (I had to ask him what company he worked for to find out he was not affiliated with Coronado High School) wanting me to help out with school fund raising by paying for shirts with my advertisement on it for their sports program. I informed him that this wasn't going to happen again. This got me thinking so I called Coronado High School and they had dealt with TKO in the past but it had been over a year or more since. The Athletics director had no knowledge of receiving the shirts I had paid for back in April of this year or seeing anything else come from TKO sports in that time frame. Nor had they contracted with them for anything of the such. So...where exactly did the $645 worth of fund raising/advertising shirts go that I previously paid for not to mention getting shirts that were not true to size so useless to me. From my order for my business. Don't get me wrong we did get shirts and hats. I wouldn't say of the best quality but we did receive something for what we paid. But the $645 for the school....where did that go?
