They've been enough to keep me a way for a while, but somehow I end up always going back. I did however have one issue in particular that management handled well. I've been happy with the overall management and clearly they are doing something right, as there are a few faces that have been there since I started going in the 90s! They were not busy at all. But I was asked to come back at a later time. Another red flag was that she didn't show me my hair after she cut it. She just went right ahead and styled it.
