The front of the building doesn't say ARC point labs anymore. So it's really confusing when you're driving by trying to find this place in the business park, and there's actually a completely different name. My actual appointment went fine, I only had to wait about 10 minutes and the gal that did the screening questions or whatever was pleasant. The low rating was really just for the major confusion when I arrived. I talked to a couple other people in the waiting room and they were driving around lost... Hopefully they get it sorted out soon.

I waited for about 1 minute in the lobby before being called back. The individual that took my blood was friendly, very organized and very efficient. I felt like she did an excellent job and I would gladly come back for a future blood draw.

The blood draw itself was as routine and easy as normal. I was out of the office within 15 minutes of arriving. Was told results would be available within a few days.
