My neighbor recently moved in and began raving about their services and their Generac maintenance plan since they inherited one from the previous owner. We needed our outdoor light above the front door replaced, a replacement high hat in our kitchen, the sockets in our overhead garage door did not work, and our ring camera on our garage door was not working...so we needed some attention. The communication from day one to the day they arrived was outstanding. The technician arrived 15 minutes earlier than the window they provided me. The technician looked over everything that we needed done and then provided an estimate....which we agreed to. There was no pressure and the price was reasonable. Our technician resolved all of our issues and was polite, professional, and thorough. I had seen their trucks in the area, but It took us 18 years to use this company and we will not be using another one. We are going to book them for two additional jobs they quoted for us while the technician was here.......which again was reasonable. I don't think you will be disappointed with their services.
