Sure you can get other products cheaper at other places, but they sell quality stuff and give amazing service throughout the whole process! I can not recommend them enough! Yes, this was advised because why do my girls have to go a week without a bed and no timeframe for a delivery. He said he would leave open for all day Monday (today) as I was weighing my options, but he didn't. Yet, they're sitting on over $1600.00 of my money. It surely wasn't refunded. Krista assured me she will get a timeframe for what's convenient for me this Saturday, but Jerry, you are a horrible manager only concerned about your profits, not the customer. I wish I could give a negative rating because he doesn't even deserve one star. Please visit a different furniture store for kids bedding and avoid Jerry. He's a liar!

It is full of jewelry, handmade gifts, local art, and all manner of treasures, and so many visitors seem to love the same thing: the sheer variety and the chance to find something that actually feels special rather than mass-produced. That absolutely tracked for us. The Market itself has been a Charleston staple for over 200 years, and it still feels lively, local, and full of character. What really stood out for me was an artist who went by Andy, who had a collection of pop art vinyl records that was genuinely fantastic. Using mixed media, he created pieces featuring different singers, musicians, and bands on old vinyl records, which felt both clever and beautifully done. I chose an amazing Mary J. Blige piece that was also hand-painted, and I was absolutely thrilled with it. The value of your dollar was VERY worth getting one (or more)! Cash only! Overall, this was a thoroughly enjoyable wander and a very good place to find art, gifts, and a few things you did not know you needed. I would happily go back.

It's one of the oldest public markets in the U.S. Has weathered many storms and has been registered in the National Registry of Historic Places. Established in 1788 (even though the inside entrance stats 1807) & as of today it still stands on the premises of monetary trades & services, as well as shared cultural heritage. There are countess vendors throughout this retail galleria. We enjoyed mainly browsing the works of products that were officially certified as Handmade in Charleston. You won't get tired of looking, but a lot of repeat sellers. It's essentially like a flea market if you will. It was fun, but way too much basket weaving vendors. Was so intriguing to watch the Gullah artistry & understand its importance here, but would have liked to have seen and explored MORE local foods. Wished that they would have had a specific area that was an actual type of wet market/ open-air concept or traditional marketplace that sells fresh, perishable foods like meat, seafood, and produce focusing more on local eats and food heritage of its distinct low country cuisine. There were some food spots, just not what we had envisioned or experiencing with other east coast markets we've been to. Bought a bottled water that was over $5! I was 100% satisfied with my recent rental from Tots Around Town. We were traveling by car from Ohio and space was at a premium since we were bringing our Great Dane. Plus my partner and I find the packing and unpacking of everything annoying. I decided to try renting baby gear for the first time. Everything we rented was very clean and in excellent working order. My toddler loved the bucket of toys which was thoughtfully put together. The beach toys were also a huge success and there were enough shovels and buckets to keep the kids from fighting over them. Phillipa's very personalized service took a lot of the stress out of traveling with our toddler and infant. We will not hesitate to rent from Tots Around Town again during our next trip to Charleston. read more

The baby items we rented were set up and ready for use when we arrived, and they were promptly collected after our departure, exactly as promised. It was such a relief not having to fly with all of our baby gear for our beach trip. Everything was clean, high-quality, and in perfect condition. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Tots Around Town! When I arrived in Kiawah, the crib was already there and set up (also very clean),and Phillipa, who helped me could not be more accommodating. I needed to extend my rental for a day last minute when my flight was cancelled, and she couldn't have been more helpful in doing so without hesitation. I was in PA packing for a trip with our four-month-old infant to SC only to realize our baby gear would not all fit! As a new mama, I was panicked. Philippa was a gem to work with. We needed two high chairs at our Seabrook cottage for our visiting grandsons. Reservations, drop off, and pick-up could not have been easier. Amazing service and right to your door. I highly recommend this service as we didnt have to lug around a stroller from New York to Charleston.
