She had thinned my hair out so much I looked like a wet dog. There was a bunch of hair on the top of my head and like almost none on the bottom. It looked absolutely horrible. Once she started styling my hair to be curly, she started giving me tips on how to do my hair, which was absolutely horrible and wrong, she started telling me I needed to finger my curls a certain way so they were "looser". She even was criticizing how I did my hair when I came in. Because my curls didn't look good with my face shape. I literally almost tarted crying but I thought she would actually cut my hair good and give me good advice. Once I got home I started sobbing. My hair looked horrible. She cannot cut curly hair.
