Very unprofessional bordering on rude. Medium price for minimal service. VERY VERY CROWDED to the point of being very uncomfortable. No one was very friendly and they talked to each other instead of engaging customers in conversation. I would NOT recommend this place if you want a relaxing, friendly environment. Will NEVER go back! My mom and I went to get mani's and pedi's and the guy who did my pedi was so forceful. He wasn't gentle at all. After a few glances and snatches of my feet he finally lightened up. I was ready to go at that point but my mom didn't have such a bad time with her pedi so we stayed to get mani's. The lady who did my shellac manicure did an alright job, no complaints. It was just a simple color that she had to apply. T only lasted about 1.5-2weeks before it started to peel which isn't normal for shellac. My mom on the other hand... showed the lady a picture from Pinterest that she wanted. It was a simple white color with gold sparkles. The lady started speaking in Vietnamese and I can tell she was asking how she was supposed to do the design because the guy came over and started motioning for how she was supposed to paint the nails. So she starts painting the nails and it doesn't look right so we tell her how it's supposed to look and show her the picture again. When we told her we didn't want the glitter to be in a straight line, She blamed my moms nails for being "crooked"! Which made no sense. When she finished she said she won't charge for he design because it doesn't look like the picture, then turns around and charges for the full white polish. My mom debated it but they still charged. We paid, no tip and told them we'd never be back! Service was poor and so was the art! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone! read more

I came here last minute with my mom for mani/pedis. They seemed to be a bit unorganized but they had nice staff, large selection of nail polishes and welcoming atmosphere. I'm a bit weird about hygiene, so I'll mention that the nail tech's hands were sweaty and I'm positive she didn't wash her hands between doing my nails and the person before's nails. She also tried to drill my regular polish off, which is damaging for nails so I had to stop her from doing that. I got acrylic for the first time in a while after damaging my own nails trying to take gel off. My nails turned out really nice, except I had to remind the tech (sorry, she didn't tell me her name or ask mine) to use oil on my cuticles and to clean them up a bit. I personally think that every tech should strive to have their client's hands magazine ready after leaving their chair. All in all, it was an okay experience for the price. I probably wouldn't go to this particular person again if I decide to come back. If it helps, she sits on the left side when you walk in the front entrance, second table from the glass mirror by the far wall. Update, I went back last month with my grandmother and my little sister and we scheduled ahead. I went for gel removal and a pedi, my grandmother for a pedi and my 5-year-old sister for a little pedi. When we got there, the guy that always sits at the front desk was confused although he was the one I talked to on the phone and told him previously what we were coming in for. All of the pedicure chairs were full when we got there so we opted to wait until all three of us could be serviced together. When we were finally able to be seated in chairs, my grandma and I had techs and the guy they was doing my little sister's pedi disappeared, and I had asked before we were seated if someone could put the acetone and foil to soak my gel off to get as much done at once. My sister is a child and she got restless and they left her with her feet in water just sitting there for a good 20 mins, as long as it took to get to the part right before putting polish on my grandma and I's toes. 1 mins in, I had to give my sister my phone so that she had something to do and I just told her to take her feet out of the water because they were pruning. She looked disappointed which broke my heart so I promised to do her feet with a really pretty color and her nails too. I had asked where the person was that was supposed to be servicing my baby with no real answer. Someone then tried to come up at the very end of my pedi to start soaking my gel off in which I told them not to worry about it or putting polish on our toes because I was very agitated at how they ignored my baby the entire time and were extremely unorganized STILL. Nothing was done in a time efficient manner. I didn't have to pay for my sister because they literally didn't do anything. I wouldn't go back. read more

I love this nail salon so much. I have been going for years, some reviews say that it depends on what nail tech you get which is definitely true, this is not a place I would recommend just walking in because you may not get the artist you want. Ann (the owner) and T are my preferred artists. I have friends who have gone and gotten other artists and had results that they did not like at all so I will not go unless I can make an appointment with one of them, all the staff are very nice, friendly, and accommodating. They have never messed up my nails or been unhygienic. I go every few months and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend! read more

Then we were rushed to our chairs. The lady who did my pedi would slap my foot every time she wanted me to move my foot. Very rude and unprofessional. I'll start off with the nice things about this salon. The place was really clean and put together. And most of the staff were kind towards me and the two friends I went with. Plus, the acrylics I got were only $40. However, the final product for the nails were not what we requested. One of my friends wanted acrylics dip and she asked for that. That was not what she got. The man doing her nails said he would have to restart her nails and didn't feel like doing that since someone was waiting even though there was nothing on her nails. That shouldn't matter. Staff should treat all people who come in the same. My second friend showed the dip powder color she wanted and the lady put on a completely different color then what was shown. She added a French tip to the nails which was never asked and there's still dip powder residue underneath the nails. Not only is it disrespectful because of our money being spent on something we didn't intend but it's not honest. They didn't seem to care about what we would've liked, they just wanted us out of the door as quickly as possible. This establishment is unprofessional. read more

I've been going here for several years on and off... In the beginning I was receiving nothing but excellent customer service and top notch quality manis/pedis (this was 5 or 6 years ago). In more recent visits I've been LESS than impressed. As a licensed cosmetologist, I have SEVERAL issues with the way this place operates. I think it definitely depends on which technician you get, but that being said, I have been getting stuck with the male technician every single time I go in here (I have no problem with that if he actually knew what he was doing). I got a dip powder manicure for the first time and was severely underwhelmed. I know this is not like a traditional manicure, but he did not soak my hands or even apply cuticle oil or TOUCH MY CUTICLES or push them back/trim them ????? He instead USED AN ELECTRIC DRILL ON MY NATURAL NAILS (which, in case anyone is wondering, is a HUGE no no). He buffed the living **** out of my nails and sawed off my cuticles that way leaving them raw and unhealthy. I could tell it was a rushed job and he was skipping steps because he was flying through the service and checking his phone for the time periodically. The paint job itself was awful... I came home and ended up having to file and pick away at the excess that was left around my nails. Because he did not properly trim my cuticles, the product was already lifting in those spots and didn't adhere well. He sat me down under the dryer to have them dry and I expected to get a hand/arm massage after but it did not happen, instead he just stood at the front counter waiting for me to put my shoes on and pay and leave. The gentleman who did my pedicure (it was a different guy) WAS AMAZING, however. He did not speak much, which I actually appreciate, and his work was impeccable. I'm just afraid that the guy who did my mani stole his tip because he's the one who cashed me out, and the pedi guy deserves every penny. I know it's the curse of being licensed that I nit pick the small details, but I come to professionals to get perfect nails for a reason. I'm going to have to let my nails grow out for a while before I get another mani, unfortunately, due to the damage. Sadly, I will never be coming back here again. I went to Touch Nails for a pedicure and shellac manicure with a bridal party. The nail technician did a decent job on my pedicure, but VERY obviously gossiped with all the other techs about clients as they came in, as well as who's feet they were working on. When it came time for my shellac manicure, my tech trimmed and cleaned everything up before starting on my color. It was very clear after the first coat that the color looked nothing like it did on the nail swatch... So I asked the tech to stop so I could do another color. She continued to apply a second coat. I then told her very clearly that I did not like the color, and noted that it was not smooth, but bubbly and uneven looking. She then got very flustered and shouted across the room to the head person, who said because I was on my second coat, it was too late, and they could only try another color over it. In hopes of calming the situation, I agreed to this.... It looked horrible! The second coat made it look like my little sister did it at home! I asked her to stop, but she continued to paint. I then had to sternly say "I want you to take it off." She eventually wrapped my nails in acetone and foil, and left. Another tech had to complete the polish take off. They left my nails in poor shape - and then had the nerve to charge me for a manicure!! In addition, my friend's shellac was poorly done as well - on some fingers, the nail was barely painted! I went in with a friend about a month ago for a fill and polish. I was told to pick a polish, which I did, and as soon as I sat down the woman said "this polish is $5 more" $5 more because she said the polish is "extra shiney". I could not believe they would charge that much more for a polish and said I would pick out something else which I did. The woman barely said a word to me and when she started painting my nails told me that the polish I picked out was running out and so got up and picked up the original one I had picked out and just went over the top of the other color. I then noticed a sign on her desk that read "We DO NOT Accept Tips except in cash". Wow! I told her I did not come with cash but my debit which she reluctantly allowed me to put a tip on (a smaller one than I would have because of all the attitude.) My nails started chipping and breaking within a week. I will never go back. And BTW, the rest of us have to pay taxes on our income and so should you-by insisting that everyone pay their tips in cash is a means for you to not report to the IRS a good portion of your earnings. I had to signup for Yelp to write this review. I recently moved to the area and was thrilled about the location of this salon. On my first visit for a mani/pedi, I was greeted somewhat warmly, and brought back for my pedicure. The gentleman helping me couldn't possibly be ruder, I'm not the type that needs a chatty person but he was downright rude. The water was cold, the pedicure itself was the most worthless thing, and the entire place is filthy. I should've run, but I was trying to not be rude. As a result, my feet are itching as I type this. Onto the world's shortest manicure, which is impossible because my nails were in need of help and he didn't even clean under my nails. Huh? It was at this point I also noticed his tools were filthy. Do not walk, RUN if you find yourself in this place, don't make my mistake! read more

I went there on my lunch hour with my daughter and co-worker to get pedi's for our upcoming Florida trip. I had made a reservation and when we got there they were ready for us, but that is the only good thing that I can say. The three of us sat together and just wanted to relax and get our nails done. The three women who did our pedi's talked to each other the entire time in their native language, never once to us. The girl who did my service was rubbed my toes so hard with the buffing block that the end of my toe started bleeding. Then she poured some alcohol-based liquid on my foot and I about went through the roof when it hit the open sore she had just made. After our toes were done, they stuck us under the lamps to "dry" our toes and basically forgot about us. They only time that the talked to us was to ask us to pay (and they were quite rude about that). We finally just got up and left and when I got back to work, I noticed that two of the toes that were painted were completely smudged! I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
