We were told the project would be completed in under 14 weeks. Per the contract, we made payments at agreed-upon milestones throughout the build_which has now been paid in full. Unfortunately, despite full payment, the pool remains incomplete. Work has not progressed in several weeks, and the Hardts no longer respond to phone calls and to text messages. To make matters worse, over the past two months, we have received notices from unpaid subcontractors--stating that they have placed liens against our property due to nonpayment by Hardt Custom Pools. We now face the alarming situation of having an unfinished pool, no communication from the contractor, and active liens on our home.

I would be very careful when considering Hardt Pools to do any work for you.
