The burger was well done even though I asked for medium rare. The overall taste was very yummy only because there was so much jelly and oily peanut butter to assist the dry overdone burger. The sidewinders were well flavored but could have been double fried to be slightly crispier. Partner also ordered a burger and typically prefers medium well done. Even they thought their burger was too overdone and dry. The floors were sticky and the place smelled like pinesol which was distracting from the food. It had a lightly golden/chewing top with a soft and moist inside. Liz said that they make the bread fresh three times a day. The bread had a slight olive oil taste with a mild amount of Italian herbs. The soft whipped butter was a nice add. The side salad had lots of fresh spring greens. There was a few tasty tomatoes and lots of stronger tasting onions. The thin Parmesan cheese shreds were an excellent touch. The house ranch dressing was very smooth/light/creamy moderately thin with a mild ranch taste. My wife had the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. The crust was thin and crispy. She really liked the ranch house made sauce and how it accented the meat toppings. I had the Met Meatloaf which had an outstanding meat flavor.
