I have the privilege of knowing Anastasia personally, and I can say without hesitation that her baked goods are the best I've ever had... It's no wonder she graduated at the top of her class from Paul Smiths College. Especially noteworthy are the lemon pound cake, fruit tartlets, and cinnamon buns. She is also an insanely talented cake decorator and pulls out all the stops to make sure her customers are happy.
