Usually, customer service is pretty great, but sometimes only managers can really sort out certain problems, and they're rarely available on the day I visit. Anyway, I ended up talking to this lovely young woman named Avery. She was absolutely amazing--so kind, patient, and sweet. She really went out of her way to help me and even managed to resolve my issue. Because of her wonderful service, I'll definitely be visiting this location more often, even though I live in East Cobb Marietta! Avery's patience and her friendly attitude made all the difference.

They discuss tanning options with you and suggest the type of tan and preparation you need to get the most out of your experience. She looked at my skin tone and determined that the level 1 spray would be the best fit for me. There are three levels for color options. She tells you where and how to stand, so that you can get a full body tan with no spots missed and no streaking. After she sprays you with the tanning machine, it also has a warm air that she uses to help it dry quicker and evenly. This was my first time ever being late. As I was walking in the door, my phone dinged with a $5 no show fee.
