Anyway, I ended up talking to this lovely young woman named Avery. She was absolutely amazing--so kind, patient, and sweet. She really went out of her way to help me and even managed to resolve my issue. Just know Palm Beach Tan will steal your money if you are unable to return for an over priced in store credit. My response to Palm Beach Tan. So if I no longer live in the area and can't recoup my credit then Palm Beach tan just keeps "Your" money. That is not a good business plan and leads me to file a complaint with the state of Florida and explain what is being done with "MY" money as well as put this under Palm Beach reviews wherever possible.
