Women deserve better than this…read more I had a routine mammogram at Solis and was later diagnosed with a mass in my right breast. No one called. No one explained. I found out by reading a cold, clinical report in an EMAIL, on my own. Alone. I was also charged $119 for a heart screening called mammo+heart. The results--showing arterial calcifications--were also sent to me in an email with circles on an image showing areas for concern, and still no one called to tell me what it meant OR what to do next. They still haven't. When I showed up today for my scheduled ultrasound, I wasn't even on the books. I was told I owed $428 upfront, and when I asked for help, I was told no one with authority was available. I am a nurse who works in an emergency veterinary ICU. When a patient has a serious finding in a radiograph, ultrasound or specialized test, we call the owner right away!! We explain what it means. We give options. Because EVERY animal deserves dignity and clarity. So why is it that women facing a possible cancer diagnosis are met with silence, disorganization, and complete emotional neglect? This is not just bad service--it's inhumane and unacceptable! To the staff and leadership at Solis: You are dealing with women who are afraid. Who are waiting on life-altering news. This is not the time to go silent. Pick up the phone. Explain the findings. Show empathy. Be better. DO BETTER. To the women reading this: Please know you deserve a facility that will treat you with urgency, clarity, and care. If your experience here mirrors mine, I hope you speak up too. We are not being "too sensitive"--we are asking for basic human decency. I have a biopsy scheduled. I am scared. And I feel abandoned. I will never come back here. And I wouldn't send a single woman I care about here either.

I really enjoyed speaking with her. When I arrived at the office this morning, the two young ladies at the desk were polite. I was taken back almost immediately by my radiology tech, Chelsea who was wonderful to work with. She was informative, pleasant, gentle, understanding and patient. I really enjoyed my visit today from start to finish, which is very atypical for me when having to deal with medical procedures. Thank you to the Hulen location of Envision Imaging for making this experience pleasant because I was really dreading it.

The staff was super accommodating and very personable with my adult disabled son. They already had all his info and the staff who did the scan was super caring, chill and eager to help our situation. We also had a few funny moments from my son so the appointment was very light and positive. This location is actually more convenient to the other so this will be our new X-ray home! It's so nice to be so welcomed especially at the end of the work day. Thanks guys!

I just found out that I still have an open invoice with them. I received 2, which were paid by auto insurance, but they never sent me the third invoice. So it wasn't paid. They offered to turn me over to collections immediately, but a supervisor did extend for 30 days, and if insurance doesn't pay (What insurance company pays in 30 days?) I will be turned over for collections. My perfect credit will be ruined because of these jerks. I'll let you know what happens.

I have been a BodySpec customer for approximately three years and have completed numerous scans…read more When I arrived for my appointment, I knocked on the van door and, after receiving no response, opened the door to announce my arrival. The technician became very upset and informed me that customers are not supposed to open the van door. My first concern is that this protocol is not communicated anywhere in the appointment process. I reviewed my confirmation email, appointment instructions, and other communications, and there is no instruction telling customers not to open the van door, to wait outside until called, or to look for any readiness indicator.  When I asked how I was supposed to know this procedure, I was told it was clearly stated in the appointment email. It is not. My second concern is how the interaction was handled. I was treated as though I had knowingly violated an established rule when, in reality, I was following the arrival process I had come to understand through years of experience as a BodySpec customer. I have completed numerous scans over approximately three years, and technicians often do not open the door at the appointment time, and I have never seen any signage/indicator in the van window depicting whether the van is ready for the next client.   As a result, knocking and then opening the door after receiving no response had become the only practical way to determine whether the appointment was ready to begin.  Put simply, it is not reasonable to hold customers accountable for violating a procedure that was never communicated and is inconsistent with the experience BodySpec has repeatedly created for returning customers. My third concern is the justification that was given. The technician explained that she was alone in the van and did not know who I was or what my intentions were.  While I understand the importance of employee safety, that concern does not justify blaming a legitimate customer for failing to follow an unpublished protocol.  More importantly, the reasoning itself is difficult to reconcile with the situation. If unauthorized entry is considered a genuine safety concern, the solution should be clear instructions, visible signage, and/or physical controls such as a locked door. i.e., An undocumented customer procedure does little to address someone with actual bad intentions, while creating unnecessary conflict with paying customers who are simply trying to attend their appointments. A customer cannot reasonably be expected to comply with a rule that has never been communicated, and a person with malicious intent would be unlikely to follow that rule regardless. What is most disappointing is that this situation was entirely avoidable. A simple instruction in the appointment confirmation such as "Please do not open the van door. Wait outside until the technician invites you in" would have prevented the entire interaction. I have been a loyal customer for years, which is why this experience was so surprising and frustrating. Unfortunately, this interaction has significantly damaged my confidence in BodySpec. I hope the company will review both the customer communication process and the way situations like this are handled in the future so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

I could have ignored that part but the tech rushed me through so quickly , less than 6 minutes for entire time in the back . I question the accuracy of the mammogram . When I asked if the same radiologists read the scans as the other BASH location she replied " no I wish- it's a company out of Houston" so my confidence level with the place is zero now . Lastly the check in person was so unfriendly , did not greet me acted like a patient was an inconvenience. There was no one in the waiting room unlike the BASH location which is always packed . I came in completely unprepared, had left my wallet in the car, didn't do complete the pre-arrival paperwork - just a mess. I told her I could reschedule but she helped me get everything set up right there and fortunately I they take apple pay. When my card was declined (UGH) she helped me with options and after some time on ANNA'S part I was able to take care of my yearly. I'm a big procrastinator so all the work that she put in to get me in was immensely appreciated!
