The front staff has answered all my questions and were professional in handling my paperwork. The techs that had help me were very caring and showed empathy towards me. The facility inside was clean and organized. Whenever I go in they are always patient with me when I ask a ton of questions. These last few months have been a new experience for me. Friendly and knowledgeable people working here made my visits easier. First time I came here it was hard to find the front door haha. Pull into the parking lot and you will see the big double doors with sings to all the offices they have there. Dont go by the numbers on the smaller doors on the side of the building haha. I usually always get morning appointments so I get there when it is not crowded. The parking lot can get a little busy but there is parking there trust me.

I have had 2 MRIs from 2 different facilities: Baylor Scott and White, and Envision Bedford. 2 completely different experiences, and 2 very different approaches to MRIs. Envision seemed very much like I was in a cattle drive whereas Baylor I felt welcomed and treated with the upmost response and dignity from the moment I checked in to guest services.

The machine was so noisy that you had to wear earmuffs. It was totally scary. I powered through and finished, because I couldn't reschedule. I ask for a business card. The office did not have any. Upon arrival you check in and give your ID and insurance card. You will get called back to go over some questions on an iPAD and you will be walked back to the changing rooms. In the changing rooms you are given a bag to carry your belongings in. Next up is the screening part. I'm one of the lucky ones that the process of the "booby-mashing" doesn't bother me in the least. It might be a little uncomfortable but only for a short time. I had a 7am appointment on a Friday. I was at my office with a Starbucks in hand before 8am. I had my results on Monday. Everyone was welcoming & the process for paperwork was easy for my husband and I. My birth experience was redemptive since I had a traumatic c section for my first but also had a vbac for my second child. Our birth experience was so incredible compared to the hospital, with no drugs or medical intervention my wife gave birth to our baby girl with such grace and ease and we were home within a few hours, so much less stressful.
