I did check in on line, so upon arrival checking in was simple and the receptionlist was kind. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, but I didn't stay there very long because they called me in for the X-ray. The X-ray technician was very pleasant and efficient. Staff was professional and friendly. I had a 10:30 appointment and they asked that I be there 15 minutes early. Got checked in, was in the MRI room by 10:25 and out by 10:45. The back office staff was informative and accommodating. Great experience all the way around. read more

Beware that if you have imaging done here the images may not be viewable at CHRISTUS or UT Health systems, I have been told by both that this is a common problem. And the end result is you having to pay to have the say test done elsewhere. We also had serious issues with the results. From the radiologist writing a history that did not exist. To claiming there was no prior imaging to compare it to, which was false. And he also made all kinds of diagnosis in the report that did not match previous reports to include a solid mass tumor disappearing, extensive organ damage never previous document and not supported by medical doctors after. read more

They will get the job done!!! We were quoted $3500 for MRI of Spine at a different clinic. That didn't sound right to me and I called Tyler Open. They reassured me the cash price would be $400 ( extra $100 if contrast was needed) That was so much better. The front desk was friendly on the phone and at the time of service. I also needed to call and have them fax my results to a different office and they kindly completed that while still on the phone with me. Quick and easy. Great experience. Highly recommend calling them for scans needed even just to compare. Things add up quickly and they can help. I found this clinic to be fantastic from scheduling to the end. read more

I was very impressed with this business from when I walked in the door until I left. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and checked in. There is a very comfortable & welcoming waiting room with a TV, coffee, hot tea, and water dispenser as well as cookies and snacks. I was taken back for my X-rays within minutes of arriving. They have a changing area with disposable gowns if needed for your Xray. All of the staff was friendly and courteous including the manager Steven. I couldn't believe how fast and easy it was to get an X-ray. I would highly recommend this business to others! read more

My insurance was charged over $900 for an X-ray at Trinity Mother Francis Clinic and the same X-ray at Tyler Open MRI was $25. The price difference is unbelievable. I highly recommend this business. read more

I used this facility in February of 2020 for an MRI on my shoulder. Before the procedure they contacted me with the total due. I asked about a payment plan they gave me a total of $88.00 per month. I told them I could only afford $50.00 per month at this time. They said hold on one second came back on the phone a minute or two later and said ok we can except the $50.00 per month. I get a bill for the total amount due in April I called the billing department to explain what I was told they offered me no solution other than a higher payment than what was agreed upon. Then I called and spoke with Luann the manager in Tyler. She said let me confirm and research everything and I'll call you back in the morning. She calls me back and says the district manager did approve the $50.00 per month payment but your payments going to be a few dollars more per month. This group is very unprofessional and extremely dishonest proceed with caution they will quote you one thing on the phone and then stick you with a higher than agreed upon payment plan. They offered me no other solution. read more

My wife is 32 weeks pregnant. Due to the most current situation they would not let me as the father and husband go back for an ultrasound. Even after we had a N95 mask, and were willing to accommodate any PPE requests that they made. I got off work early to accompany my wife to this appointment. A prenatal ultrasound is a uniquely special time for a family and not something they should take so lightly. If I had known that they would not accommodate such a meaningful event I would have found another location. This review is not based on the quality of their radiology, or skill. It is simply the fact that they did not communicate thier restrictions at the booking, or confirmation. After taking all reasonable precautions they said they could not make any exceptions. To top it off, as I'm setting in the parking lot out front waiting for my wife. They let the pest control guy inside to spray their business. He did not have a mask on and will be a much higher risk factor to them than me accompanying my pregnant wife with a mask! You need to seriously look at your customer service, and be willing to accommodate families that can appropriately protect your staff with approved PPE. This was a very preventable situation that I hope you can mitigate beter for your other customers in the future. read more
