If my mom has to go back for anything else, I will know she's in great hands!

I even called back three separate times, and no one answered the phone on purpose. It's clear that the staff do not care about their customers at all. Patients deserve respect and basic courtesy when calling for medical help. I truly hope the owner or management sees this review and takes serious action to improve their customer service before more patients decide to go elsewhere.
