Been coming here for three years and each experience has been smooth and fast, in and out. I love how they send reminders well in advance of your appointments and their communication overall is excellent. They deliver results timely. Everyone is so friendly, from the front desk staff to the technician. My appointment literally takes 15 minutes. Staff not very inviting . I asked for water and she promised to give me a cup and never did. Every doctor I go to whether it's my dermatologist, my regular doctors office or something because they are quality doctors. They have water or refreshments or something. This place is clean, however very cold and I don't mean the temperature. I just mean the demeanor of the front staff the person taking my mammogram was very personable and nice. I just think it's odd for an upscale office not to have refreshments like water or or a dish or something of like lights, snacks or something while you wait even my dermatologist my dentist my everybody has something that they offer you while you wait. i'm taking one star away for the way that I feel the office staff is and the fact that they have little to know things to make the guest feel welcome. read more

Solis Mammography is the place to go when you have to get a mammogram. When you make your appointment they send you email or text reminding you of your appointment time. From the minute you walk into this place they treat you with care. There is a waiting room where you fill out your paperwork and then they take you to a different wait room for women only . As this is where you wait with your special poncho on. They have lockers where you can store your purse and clothes. After ward they move you to your room where you get your mammogram. These machines are different so they do hurt as all mammograms do but they are not as painful as others. Then if you are getting an ultrasound as I did they move you to another waiting room. Then a different person comes and gets you to take you to a different room to perform the ultrasound. The people here are really nice and you get your results immediately or within 24-48 hours. read more

I was given a referral to this place after my women's wellness check at a community clinic. They gave me a coupon for a $99 mammogram for non-insured patients and the paper with the doctor's orders. Having come from the cheap community clinic with long wait times, I was so impressed by Solis. When I drove into the parking lot, I was welcomed by 4 reserved parking spaces for Solis patients. As I was wandering the second floor of he building, I was relieved to see a big sign telling me where the office was. The office was clean, very spacious, and nicely decorated. It reminded me more of a spa than a doctor's office. It is very wheelchair accessible, with an elevator right next to the entrance. As an environmentalist, I appreciated them asking me to fill out my info on a tablet rather than paper - and it was short. Only took 3 minutes to complete. The receptionist was super nice and immediately took me into the second waiting room after she got my payment. The second waiting room had lockers to keep your stuff in and 4 changing rooms. There was free WiFi. It was my first time getting a mammogram, but I felt really relaxed and almost pampered here. The procedure was done in less than 10 minutes, and I was out of there in 45 minutes from the time I first arrived. The only thing I was surprised by is that I wasn't told that I shouldn't wear deodorant when I made the appointment. But thankfully I usually don't, so it wasn't a problem. But I just wanted to mention it for those of you who do. Anyway, the technician and staff were all so sweet and professional. Great place! At first I was very happy with the service I received at Solis. The front staff is good; warm and friendly. I was not happy that I had to get all my scans done over because they couldn't read scans from other locations - this extended my stay to over 3 hours long - but they were kind and considerate during the visit. Now, however, my view is changing. I went for a biopsy. The first person I spoke with said it would take 4 business days to get the results. The next person said 3-5 business days. Okay, 4 is the average of 3-5 so, no problem. Now they are saying it often takes 5-7 business days! Why fib to me in the first place? What else did they tell me that's not quite true? read more

I had always believed (due to past experiences) that mammography was one unavoidable torture. Solis Mammogram proved me wrong. Right from the front desk, I was made to feel at home and attended to courteously. The waiting rooms are comfortable and relaxing. Everywhere was neat and tidy. For a moment, one forgets about the tension of what the outcome of the test may be. That's professionalism on display. The Technician Ms Khann blew my mind ! She took time to explain the procedure to me and handled me so tenderly and patiently. I could see rare expertise on display by Ms Khann. Kudos to her. Scheduled a mammogram. Wasn't made aware by the professionals that a referral was required for any type of mammogram. I'm just trying to take care of my body and make sure I'm healthy but with all the red tape no wonder people avoid doctor visits. But this visit was beyond red tape. The receptionist was polite but, the nurse that took me to exam room was short, rude and lacked compassion for the main reason of the visit. She definitely should not be in health CARE. Care was far from her demeanor. Mammograms are uncomfortable and scary in itself so I would avoid SOLIS at all cost if you want a comforting environment during that time. read more

I've been going to this location for about 3 years. I like it a lot because the staff is so pleasant. I get the 3D mammography and they now have a curved machine that was much more comfortable. It's never very crowded at this location, so they must do a good job with scheduling. It's fast in and out. read more

The lady working in front is rude, unprofessional and literally horrible!! What a horrible person to have as the first point of contact for a place of business- especially a women's care facility!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Its not worth the drama. Even the woman who was performing the scan had to ' speak' to the girl in front because of her ongoing horrendous behavior. If I coulg give this place zero stars, I would. I had a mammogram there June 2018. I should have written this sooner but seriously tried to block the whole horrendous experience out of my head. First of all, I requested a radiologist present to read the scan. When i got there they told me the radiologist was not there. The girl who took me back made some snide comment about how the radiologist was not free. Btw what is up with the god awful smocks you give the patients to wear? Ok lets talk about the mammogram. After having mammograms for the last ten years, I could tell the tech was not taking good pictures. She was not adding enough compression. When i left i knew something was not right. She made another snide remark that if she told me what she saw she would lose her job and i would have to feed her boys. Omg. Omg. Omg. Who does that? Sure enough, Solis mammography called me the next day at 820 am saying they needed more pictures. Omg. I had to go back. I went to the location on Fannin. Now I have a bill of $362 lingering because the screening mammography did not suffice. I am paying for the diagnostic mammography. What an insurance scam. Shame on your tech and you sent the $362 to an address I have not lived at since 2011 so I had a collections agency call me cause i never received the bill. Just omg! read more

Horrible experience. I would not recommend this place. When I arrived the front desk was rude. Since this is my first mammogram I wasn't sure what to expect but the night before they went through a long list of "don't do this or that". The one thing they forget to mention in that long list is not to bring your baby. I had to run and get a babysitter and reschedule. When I came back for second time they did not have my doctors orders and had to reschedule again. I work in medical field and I would never treat a patient the way they treated me. This place is not well managed and staff needs to be trained on how to treat their patients. I ended up going elsewhere. I left very unsatisfied, after that experience I thanked everyone I work with for being so sweet and respectful to our patients. This place needs to go watch another medical office in action to understand what great medical care looks like because this place is far from it. read more
