I had an excellent massage by Pierre. He is talented and my muscles feel so much better. When I first arrived, his mask was under his nose. I asked him to wear it over his nose and he said ok. I thought about joining his monthly wellness plan but I had to think it over. The next day I texted him to ask if he was vaccinated. These are the exact words that were texted, including the punctuation. Me: "Before I commit to the monthly deal, I would like to know if you are vaccinated. I know that is a personal and medical question that is none of my business but because we are in the same room for an hour, I would like to know. The massage was excellent and I appreciate it so much." Pierre: "Hi are you Vaccinated?" Me: "Yes." Pierre: "OK that is great to know. I had some who Vaccinated and try to give me Covid19. I was experiencing the worst physical pain of my life in my left shoulder without any relief gained from pain relievers, heating or icing. When I went in for my massage Pierre listened attentively to my explanation of what was going on. He then explained what he offered and what he thought my best course of action would be. He was correct on every front! That evening was the first time I'd been able to sleep in over a week and I could lie down without tears streaming down my face. The mere fact that my pain decreased so much was enough for the five star review yet there were other things that really lifted the experience: Pierre is all about consent, everything was discussed and agreed to before he started. I had a wonderful massage at Touche' Massage while visiting my sister after she had surgery during the Christmas holiday. I have been suffering from chronic neck and back pain for over 20 years. Coupling the chronic pain with fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis has me in constant pain due to extremely tight muscles. I am accustomed to getting a deep tissue massage due to the muscle tightness. The therapist read over my intake info, talked with me prior to the massage, and suggested a swedish massage instead. When I telll you that my muscles relaxed and felt like melted butte. I left not carrying all that tightness in my back, neck, and shoulders, and the knots throughout my back were gone!!! All of that and no soreness was felt the day!! I would definitely recommend Touche' Massage to anyone. I would recommend listening to his suggestions because he truly has a gift for massages. Wow! I had never had a professional massage before and was very nervous. Pierre asked me screening questions about areas I felt needed focus, any stress, and any trauma (like a recent or past MVA). Prior to my appointment, Pierre advised me to keep my neck wear with a scarf and that I could do some light stressing to help my body relax; I also used a neck heating pad. When I got into the room for my appointment, Pierre explained the massage prior to me getting onto the table. During the massage, Pierre asked about the pressure he was applying (not enough, enough, too much) and made sure I was still comfortable throughout the whole process as well as informed me every step. The room smelled wonderful and the heated/cushioned massage table is such a luxury. Know that your nose/sinuses may feel stuffy during the massage and that is normal. Pierre is amazing and I am flooding forward to my next session; I did a 60 minute session but will be doing 90 minutes next time! read more

Pierre did a wonderful job! It had been a long time since I had gotten a massage, but he made me feel very comfortable. I had always been reluctant to tell a massage therapist that they were applying too much pressure, but he explained why it was important to let him know that. (He applied plenty of pressure, and I only asked him to decrease the pressure once. My legs have always been tender) Anyway, he really put me at ease about that, so my experience was wonderful! He approached the massage by asking me basic questions, including about trouble areas. I really appreciated that approach because it was clear he wanted to avoid hurting me but also wanted the massage to be therapeutic, which it was. I felt great afterwards! Finally, I was considering becoming a "regular," but he gave me an honest assessment about my body and told me to think about it instead of going for the "quick sell." Pierre is such an awesome massage therapist! I typically have women service me however reading the reviews I decided I should give Pierre a go. He was very professional and I appreciate him ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire service. He gave an option for him to either be silent or briefly talk through the service and I'm glad I let him talk because he really helped me understand what's going on with my muscles and how I need to be much kinder to my body. Anyways there's so much more I can say but I think the most important think is my body really does feel great. I got the swedish massage with the CBD infused hot stone massage & it felt so good y'all, I damn near had a ladies moment on that table tell the truth and shame the devil my girls, somebody had to say it!!! He tells you what to expect when you first come in, he gives you comfort level options and he really maximizes your experience with telling you how to breathe throughout the massage. When I scheduled my massage, he requested I fill out a form prior to the massage. He then personally responded with advice to help ease my aches that I had described in the form before he could see me. This was hands down the best massage I have ever had. Pierre is a healer. He was highly professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. I store tension in my neck, shoulders, and back and it feels like Pierre removed every molecule. I had a deep tissue/medical massage with the hot rocks add on, which rocked. He was conscientious about my tolerance in the amount of pressure, which was appreciated but I can take it! And he delivered. I feel zero tension now. This place was REALLY excellent. I was able to make an appointment same day, and it was very close to where I was staying in Inman Park. I used a Groupon and received a very excellent rate on a one hour Swedish massage. The massage was excellent, Pierre is certified and clearly knew what he was doing. He was very accommodating to requests for more or less pressure, the ambiance and it was probably the best massage I've ever had. One thing to note is that unlike larger spas, the ambience is not that sleek. Just a simple room with a bed. But what are you really paying for? Had Pierre for a deep tissue massage today. I was really tight around the shoulders and sore around the hamstrings. Felt much looser after the session, and my back doesn't feel as tense as it used to be. Hamstrings still hurt, but getting them massaged made it feel more bearable. Pierre was extremely considerate about my level of comfort as well as asked for brief feedback while doing the massage (more pressure vs stay the same). The entrance is a bit difficult to find. If you park in the rear parking lot, there's an alley, in between Wish and the other building, that leads up to a small black gate on the right leading up to Touché.
