Not surprisingly, it again froze in the middle of the delivery stage and then, nearly 3 hours after we had placed our order, the app suddenly switched to a screen that said "tracking is no longer available". We never received a phone call or a follow up email with any explanation, other than a solicitation to complete a satisfaction survey, and we never got our order. But they did put through the charge on my credit card, which I'm going to contest tomorrow.
