An experienced travel agent makes all the difference. A few of us wanted to book some cruises for the year, but didn't want to deal with all the details. After reading some Yelp reviews, we decided to go with Mine from Tour & Travel. After speaking with her, it was clear that she was an experienced, well-versed cruise traveler and we got all our questions answered on the first call. Over a period of conversations, our group was fortunate to be booked on two trips for the year, one on Royal Caribbean and the other on MSC Cruises. Mine helped with a series of recommendations and handled all the variables in making our trip a hassle-free experience. Her recommendations for travel to and from the port were excellent, including overnight accommodations, transportation to and from the ship and the airport, and suggestions for excursions. In our group we had first time travelers, and Mine provided a checklist of items to ensure that nothing was overlooked. We have discovered that allowing Mine to work her magic uninterrupted resulted in us saving money, saving time, and having an outstanding trip. Unfortunately, we received very poor service. We were charged $200 upfront for air travel support, and hotel booking support. The flight recommendations we received were incomplete, did not include the simple requests we had made, and were delivered with substantial delay. We never received our hotel booking support. Communication with the agent was also oddly difficult, and many of our calls and e-mails went without response. We ended up booking every thing ourselves one month later using Kayak. We did not receive a refund. Overall we do not recommend this service. If you still choose to use this service, do not agree to pay in advance, only upon completion of work. read more

I had never booked my vacation or flights with a travel agent before but I'm so glad I did now. I found Mine in a Facebook group and contacted her to help me find and book flights to Germany for me and my baby. She did an amazing job. She was able to offer rates that I had not found anywhere online. She upgraded our seats to premium economy and managed to get bassinet seats for me and my baby. Mine was always available for advice throughout the process. She provided all the info I needed - COVID related, baby-seat related, and so on. She responded super fast to every single question I had and gave me peace of mind for my first travels with my baby. I will for sure contact Mine again for all upcoming travels. Mine was a great find. We had never hired a Travel Agent before, but were planning a 10th Anniversary trip to Malaysia, and wanted someone to help us put all the details together. She was very responsive to our initial request, helped us with some preliminary planning months ahead of our trip, and then was great to help us with final details and confirmations. We liked that although she had great suggestions, she was very open to working with us on what we wanted. While on our trip, we had a couple of logistics issues come up, and Mine was able to help us troubleshoot them with no hesitation. She made sure all the minor details were taken care of, and even managed to get some nice surprises thrown in along the way. She was both very affordable, and worth every penny which is a tough feat. We found Ms. Mine Seckler through Yelp recommendations. We were looking for a travel agent to help us prepare our honeymoon vacation. Other than our desire to visit Germany for Oktoberfest, we had very little to offer in terms of locations we wanted see or activities we wanted to do. This was a problem with many of the other travel agents we contacted, who rebuffed our requests without a detailed plan. Mine was far more receptive. She spoke with us over the telephone and asked us a few basic questions regarding our personal interests and style (do we like architecture, are we interested in foreign cuisine, do we prefer self-guided tours, etc.), as well as our projected budget. She returned a few weeks later with a tentative, robust itinerary for our vacation. For the most part, we maintained relatively good communication with Mine as the date approached, if only to work out small details or make payments. All plans and reservations were finalized and accounted for a few weeks before the trip. Mine was kind enough to give us direct contact information to her should we need any help during our vacation; we always felt we had a safety net. Our visit to Germany was one amazing adventure with multiple city tours, points of interests to visit, engaging activities (either prepared in advance or recommended), and splendid travel accommodations. We could really feel the level of detail she integrated into each element of the schedule. Our honeymoon would not have been the same without Mine. We definitely recommend her to anyone with similar travel plans in mind, and certainly hope we can do business with her again. read more

My (now) husband and I were trying to plan our honeymoon and wanted some expert advice. Luckily we found Mine at Tour & Travel! Mine met with us and listened to everything we were looking for in our dream honeymoon. She then showed us a ton of options and gave us very helpful feedback about what weather would be like, which places were adult (or even couples) only, and what the different price ranges would get us. With that information we picked a fabulous resort in Jamaica. As if that weren't enough, when the big day was soon approaching, Mine sent us our travel package, which included REALLY sweet honeymooner things like his & her sandals, travel toiletry kits, and little knick knacks to get us excited about the honeymoon. It was so cute! Then to top it all off, just before the wedding, a HURRICANE started forming near our resort! As if I didn't have enough to worry about with planning the wedding, I started getting VERY nervous about our honeymoon being ruined! Mine saved the day and took over. She watched the weather very carefully and assured us that she would re-route our layovers if any weather was going to affect them. On top of that, we had bought travel insurance so she could change the resort if needed. I cannot tell you what a relief it was that she was taking care of everything and we didn't need to worry about it. In the end, the hurricane missed our resort and the flights were able to go on without being re-routed. The honeymoon really was perfect and we have Mine to thank!!! read more

I'm never going back to booking an international trip without Mine Seckler. I've been traveling the world for 20+ years and always thought that I enjoy booking trips myself. I then heard about Mine through friends and thought I'd give it a try during the pandemic. Not only was she able to save us several thousand dollars (yes, thousands!) on an international flight with 3 kids, she guided us through constantly changing travel restrictions and helped us make last-minute changes when we couldn't get a hold of anybody at the airline for days. Mine is amazing, absolutely thorough! My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at the Hotel Chateau Chamonix. Amazing suite with private balcony complete with our own hot tub!!! Disclaimer: I did not actually get to use Mine to plan our trip due to planning with other family members who had already secured a travel agent, but I did have a pretty extensive email exchange with her, and also spoke to her on the phone, while planning a trip to London and Greece. I was very impressed with Mine's responsiveness, and her thorough questions about what kind of travel experience we were looking for, which the other travel agent never asked. When it came time to plan our honeymoon I was smack dab in the middle of also planning our wedding as well as trying to buy a house and trying to organize all of the details for the honeymoon was putting me over the edge. I have never used a travel agent before but I thought to myself "why not at least see what's out there." I yelped ones in my area and came across Tour & Travel and decided to reach out to Mine not expecting too much (despite the rave reviews). I thought to myself- it's going to be so much more than what I am finding online. I could not have been more wrong! From the very beginning Mine went above and beyond to listed to the things we wanted in our honeymoon and really worked at creating us a package that fufilled everything (and more!) we were looking for. The price came in under what we had budgetted and our trip was BEYOND amazing! She even suprised us with a room upgrade and a fabulous in-person delivery of our final travel documents and fun surprises for our trip to my office! She sent us genuine emails wishing us the best with our wedding, marriage, our trip, and life in general. She felt like more than my travel agent...she feels almost like a close friend that I have known for so long! I don't know how else to say it but she is the BEST!!!!!! I found Mine Seckler through Yelp, and she was fantastic! I had previously planned a honeymoon on my own, but the tour agency canceled it -- which was a huge hassle. I thought a travel agent could help, and I wasn't wrong. Mine helped me plan out an amazing trip to France and Italy. She handled all the logistics of booking the airlines and hotels and finding cool things for us to do in each city. Mine really took an interest in making sure we had a great trip. She called ahead to hotels and kept track of what we were doing with the TripIt App. So here's what happened that made working with Mine all worth it -- our connecting flight from Paris/Orly to Florence was canceled and everyone at the airport was freaking out. Mine checked out the situation and was in contact with me and quickly got us onto another flight from CDG airport. We grabbed an Uber with all the plans in place and everything worked out. She called ahead to our hotel to say we were coming in late and they were up waiting for us with roses. Such a nice touch. Mine is a real advocate for you when you are traveling. Excellent! Called them because my company uses there services for corporate travel and I was looking for a semi-cheap vacation for the family. They do have a vacation side that books to. I looked on cruise websites for a 4 day cruise and the prices were insane! Anywhere from 600-1200 per person(yikes!). When I called them they answered right away, gave them what I could spend and what my family wanted. Within 10 mintues they called me back and said they had a cruise that was online for 800 for only 239! Booked it and were all really excited! Thank you! read more
