Healthy? I'm in! While I love dark chocolate, I find that many are just too bitter to enjoy. In my opinion, Dr. Sue's dark chocolate is absolutely perfect! We purchased a 4-ounce bag of each (1) Toasted Coconut Chocolate Bark, (2) Cranberry Orange Chocolate Bark, and (3) Peppermint Chocolate Bark. I was surprised to find that of the three, I liked the Peppermint Chocolate Bark the least - I thought it would be my #1 but I was wrong. The smooth chocolate in each bark was indeed decadent and definitely the star of the show! The little crunch of the bits of coconut and the cranberry and orange topping another package were definitely best supporting...everything!
