I was greeted extremely friendly with a big smile and kind words. I had to fill out some paper work and I was not rushed one bit. As soon as I was done, they didn't keep me waiting long and I was in the back being treated. My Ortho technician was extremly kind, even asking me questions about my personal life. She actually cared about what I had to say and that made me feel welcomed. Once I was done with the technician, The Orthodontist came over and did a final look. She was so kind, with a great big smile. She also complemented my teeth and made me feel very good about myself.
