The dental hygienists are friendly and I always enjoy our conversations when I see them. Due to work, I have a second dentist in another city who doesn't always take the time to go over things as fully as he could. I didn't realize how good of a dentist I had in Grand Rapids until I experienced a staff of less friendly people there. It's funny how you learn how good you have it when you go elsewhere. Their new building is great and they are a wonderful group of people. I'd recommend them any day for all things dental.

My regular dentist I couldn't get in so they made a appointment with Dr. Winn. After I had Dr. Winn for a couple of times I didn't want to see the other dentist I usually went to. Then I called the office and they said Dr. Winn wasn't there anymore and I was upset. They wouldn't tell me where he went. So I was able to find him on my own and was so happy. He was so different than my other dentist I had before. He was very kind and gentle and very concerned if he caused me any pain. Also the dental assistant that worked with the other dentist were rude and I actually dread to have to go in to have my teeth cleaned. She would be real rough and none caring. Dr. Winn's assistants were just like him very concerned that I was comfortable and not causing me any pain. Also Robin I seen someone said she was rude. I have never seen her ever be rude. She is so nice and always very helpful. Dr. Winn moved to Cascade and my health isn't too good so I tried another dentist closer but I had to go back to Winn even though he is quite far from me. My daughter also loves Dr. Winn and now she brings her husband to see Winn and he likes him a lot too. So if you want a super kind and caring dentist go to Dr. Winn.

My teen was not compliant with elastics. This is out of character for my progeny as normally they are very responsible and conscientious. Treatment was ended without all the problems having been corrected. I did not know this was the case until I found paperwork in my kid's car. I would rather forgo a coffee bar and have better communication. Should have stuck with the other practice in Kentwood. Whether truth or facade it seemed like I was more than a wallet to them.
