It fell off again on a Friday evening. I could not secure it back in place because it has a HOLE in it. I called Monday morning. It took an HOUR to finally get ahold of someone and then I was told they could not possibly get me in anytime Monday. So I guess the dentist lied?? It's not important to get in right away?? Just three flustered people glaring, proclaiming, "You're late" while they repeatedly shoved paperwork at my clearly casted, post-surgical hand. I was, in fact, 15 minutes early - their system supposedly glitched and rescheduled me, without notice, for half hour earlier - not my problem, gaslighters. Simultaneously, they demanded I return for a second appointment due to my (non-existent) tardiness, as there was now no time to clean my teeth. They provided COVID safe care, check in from your car and were friendly and informative the entire process. There equipment seemed up to date and their new facility is beautiful. I went in for X-rays and routine cleaning. They had me fill out my information online prior to my appointment and were prepped and ready for me. As a new patient here it was extremely smooth and easy. The dental hygienist was friendly and very good at what she did. Dr. Vogal was extremely friendly.
