To make matters worse, I was on my way to a wedding in NYC in a matter of days. I called Hair to Dye For in a panic and they were so, so accommodating. They fit me in for a consult that same afternoon with Mackenzie, who then relayed my needs to Kerri. Just 3 days later, Kerri adjusted my toner with a subtle root (just the way I like it), overall toner with a a whisper of lavender, and thinned and shaped my bangs. I left for NYC the next day with *perfectly* toned hair and got many compliments at the wedding. Thank you so much to Mackenzie and Kerri! I will be back here for sure!

Ok she says. First thing wrong was she cut straight across ears. No layers as in pic and pic was not cut straight across. I don't like hair like that. Now I have a lump that is still growing out. The back was to be tapered inward. It's not. She left long layers in back and clumps from another bad cut I'd had elsewhere. Plus the side was not to be cut in a step. It looks like a bad Joe Dirt gone wrong. Pic had sides at an angle. One side has section of no layers and the other side has layers. Just awful. The conversation was strained and she was extremely argumentative. One of the worst places.

She was very considerate of how I was feeling in the chair during my service, assured me that we could chat or I could watch tv or listen to music etc. and there was no pressure whatsoever. She also explained each step of the process as she did it, and she never handed me off to anyone else for shampooing etc. She ordered us lunch and we conversed and I felt very taken care of. My extensions turned out phenomenal and I am extremely pleased. I received a complimentary blow out a few weeks after my extensions were applied, and I had just as great of an experience.
