The salon as a whole is very clean, very professional, and very friendly. As a stylist, Jess is wonderful to have doing your service. She explained everything about extensions to me during our consultation since it is my first time getting them, and she was up front and honest about the entire process and cost. She was very considerate of how I was feeling in the chair during my service, assured me that we could chat or I could watch tv or listen to music etc. and there was no pressure whatsoever. She also explained each step of the process as she did it, and she never handed me off to anyone else for shampooing etc. She ordered us lunch and we conversed and I felt very taken care of. My extensions turned out phenomenal and I am extremely pleased. I received a complimentary blow out a few weeks after my extensions were applied, and I had just as great of an experience. Definitely returning for more services.
