Extremely reckless and dangerous driving on the roads in West Covina. The driver of their tow truck was speeding and driving in a way that put everyone around them at risk. A tow truck is a large, heavy vehicle, and reckless speeding like this could easily cause a serious accident, injure someone, or even take someone's life. Companies have a responsibility to make sure their drivers operate their vehicles safely and responsibly. Based on what I witnessed, this company clearly needs to do a better job hiring, training, and supervising its drivers. No service is worth putting innocent people's lives at risk. I strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business with this company. If they are willing to put other drivers and pedestrians in danger on the road, I would not trust them with my business. Bought a tow truck from Tow Industry about 2 months ago. The truck broke down within the first month. At first they were responsive and said they would help, but after that communication completely stopped and I haven't been able to get any resolution. I understand it was sold as-is, but the truck was represented as a working unit and there was mention of warranty. I've been trying to handle this directly with them but haven't gotten anywhere. Should have 0 stars! Buyer beware!!!! Bought a truck from them for 90k condition report showed no damage of any kind. when we picked it up the coolant overheat light was on they said send a bill when we have it repaired. We waited over an hour for them to bring it out. When we looked it over it was covered in soap so you couldn't tell what it looked like. They couldn't supply any tie downs luckily we had our own. We drove 6 hours home in it and realized it had many more problems. Ac worked for about 10 mins after we left then stopped working. 12 different codes popped up on the way home. We have taken it into shops and got quotes 3,500 in more work. When we ask Tori about it she said well you bought a used truck we won't be back to buy another truck! read more

Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of private property and the public at large. The driver came ripping through a crowded public parking lot going at least 30 miles per hour where pedestrians were crossing into stores. I watched a lady crossing the parking lot with her dog literally jump out of the way or she would have been hit. The driver (big Mexican dude) didn't slow down but instead skidded into two parking spots to double park in front of the hardware store. He walked in chest puffed with a blatant superiority complex. This place is a joke. I know the name is everywhere but when it comes to repairs do not take your truck here. My trucks been sitting here 17 days and absolutely nothing has been done to it. It came in with a hydraulic cylinder leaking in my wheel lift and a leak on the bed cylinder but for two weeks they couldn't find the problem and saying that The bed was fine, they can't re-create the problem. I get there and re-create the problem and they look at me and say oh we can take care of it. I told him you had two weeks and did absolutely nothing so I'm taking my truck somewhere else. Don't waste your time with this company. It should've been a hint when the day I dropped off my truck someone was in here arguing about parts they were supposed to have the day before and weren't gonna have them till two days after. Do yourself a favor and try Southern California tow equipment instead. read more

8/5/2019 Tow industries is not closed, they have moved to W. Covina. They are the manufacture of tow equipment and not the drivers noted on this reivew, just because the have their name on the mug flaps of the trucks they produce. I want to thank Jessica for her kindness and responsiveness while we were looking for a new Truck. Their facility is quite impressive and they were producing beautiful equipment. Even though they didn't have the unit we were looking for at the time, as it would have required several weeks to build. Jessica and Mark were great. I would highly recommend her anytime. read more
