The burger meat was not overly rich, but not wowing me either. I think that if you order it with some extras like a fried egg and bacon, it balances out the flavor for a person who doesn't really like super salty food, the meat was okay to me. The fries were super oily and even had this burned greasy taste of re-used oil, not good. The loaded potato fries were a lot better than regular fries. The onion crisps were very good on their own, but added them to my chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was good, but they used some mustard greens for the veggie to give it that grassy/spicy kick, but gave the sandwich a bad odor. It was not bad with their original sauce and overall think it was an interesting use on mustard greens..! Fountain drinks were good and not flat at all, the tea was good, but they ran out of that nearing closing time. :c The price was good for the portion, it is very big! My personal favorite burger place! The vibe inside is so nice, and you can come casual or dressed! The waiting is a little slow, but once your burger and fries come, the wait will be worth the meal!!!! They make HUGE burgers, so I cut it in half to eat at the restaurant, and take the other half home. The fries are the absolute BEST. The pricing isn't expensive for burgers that taste like HEAVEN. This is the best burger we have had in the valley in multiple trips and to different burger joints. The 1/3rd pound burgers are huge, the veggies on them super fresh, and the meat will be cooked exactly to order. Hand cut fries, onion strings are all delicious and way less greasy than other places. First time trying Tower Burger Co. Read and viewed reviews on social media. Stopped in for lunch on Friday. I enjoyed the fact that there was no crazy lynch rush. However, if there was, a kind would quickly form, because there is only one cashier station. I like the menu. Great burgers with a south Texas twist. I heard TBC's desserts are delish- no offerings were available during my visit. The setup is comfortable. Outlets at each booth provide easy access for folks needing to charge their devices. You can even plug your USB into the wall. The staff is nice and willing to help. The clean, modern vibe trick you into thinking you might be in Austin... Not in the valley. Which is great. read more

The burgers were definitely overloaded. If you are a big eater you will like it but I like to enjoy my food and everything was falling out. It was impossible to take a bite of all the ingredients. After reading Regino G. review we decided take the 10 mile drive to Tower Burger Company. As we drove up this place was like a beacon in the distance. As we walked in the place smelled great. The place was half full and the atmosphere seemed laid back and relaxed. We came to the ordering counter and we were greeted with a nod. The young lady seemed a little perturbed by the questions and seemed in a hurry to get us out of the way. We ordered Tower Burger(me) & the SexiMexi(my beautiful wife). Both burgers were great and were displayed perfectly on the tray. The loaded fries were far better than the regular fries. We were pleased to see cold Mexican sodas in ice as an option. Food came out in good time and was nice and warm. We asked for an extra plate/tray for my baby girl and it never came. Overall the food is 5 solid stars but the service is 3 stars at best. I will be honest, I have only tried one burger, the blue cheese burger. We've eaten there many times, but I've yet to try a different order because it's just so darn good! There is a wide variety of burgers, from which I grabbed the Bacon Cheeseburger. It was tasty, with the meat slightly on the thin side, but fully loaded with veggies and a generous bacon portion. I added Baby Swiss, making it even better. The fries were amazing, just plain. The diner is a little small and was crowded on a sunday noon so I was forced to get my order to go. Terrible phone service....called for a to go order.... someone answered, I let them know I wanted wings and then they said hold and one of my associates will help you out. I was on hold for 10 minutes, someone comes back on the phone, I say I want to order wings and they said they were all out. I drive by here several times a day, and it is really crowded during lunch. Some people I know eat here once a week, and say it's good, so thought I'd try it out. Went with a friend during off-lunch time. Order at the cash register, and take a number to your table. You can pick and choose what you want on your burger. While we were waiting for our order, a waitress was scraping out the food crumbs between the slats at neighboring tables, which I thought should have been done when patrons weren't there, or at the further tables away.. We ordered a side of fries and onion rings. My friend's burger was tall, about four inches tall. I remember it was a single patty, with avocado and special sauce. He didn't like the skimpy onion rings, but he sure ate them. They were better than the french fries. I ordered the kiddy burger. It was big enough for me, and came just the way I liked it. I take the top bun off, and eat it that way. If they have fast service, that might be one reason it's so packed during lunch times. A table of police officers from Palmhurst were there. The fries are very good and even better loaded. The burgers are fresh and huge. You get a large amount to eat and I am glad my husband and I shared the fries. Cost is very resonable and we ate for about $20 for two with drink and a water. Was very busy when we got there so you have to hold a table before your order if you want to eat there. Ok so here is the good the bad and the ugly about this place. The Good, burgers and sides are really good. The bad, service does not live up to their burgers and price structure. If I go to a place for a premium burger, yes their burgers are up there with the big boys or better, I already have certain expectations like great service and ambience. And while the people that work there for the most part are great people and really try, during busy hours, things get a little sloppy and cause their otherwise great service to falter. I am basically saying that their service is great on their not so busy hours, but sort of falls apart during their rush hours. My other gripe is that they should have Spurs or other Texas sporting events tuned any time a Texas pro or College team are playing. Now on to the ugly, I wish they had more locations, I have to drive over 30 minutes to get there. Overall, great burgers. If they fine tune their operation and address those little issues I described, the place is a real winner. read more
