I took the car to my dealer to double check that the rims and tires were in fact safe to drive on and, reassured that it was only cosmetic, was told that they worked with this vendor to repair damage like mine, that I could expect about $250 per wheel and it would look brand new. I wish I had taken photos because this was BAD and I was highly skeptical but, a few weeks later, I dropped off my car at my dealer on a scheduled date, they worked with Alloy to take my car there and, a couple of days later, I had my car back and it looked like this damage never even happened. Upon inspection I was told that it would be a $4500+ repair to either replace $600 in parts and install them, or $2000+ at another Monroe in Cranberry to "try" to weld a patch. I got my brake pads changed and 2 new front tires, $950. Crying, I left with my broken car. I called a different shop. Well! They just fixed my car, no problem for $217! This horrible shop, Monroe can go to heck! Foot note, the people working there are wonderful. The "name" in the sign is the one that sucks here. Monroe sucks. Apparently they are known for over charging exorbitant amounts. I'm going to be reporting Monroe to the BBB, and putting up a review on any and every site I can find.

I found him online and he was local and had good reviews which I now confidently doubt are even real. He did arrive when I first called with another man and said he would be back and could fix my car. I gave him a $500 deposit. he came back to my house several times at all hours of the night unannounced. The third time he showed up at 10:30 at night and passed out in his van (expired inspection on his van too) and was unresponsive so I called 911 because I thought he may have overdosed. His vehicle was running with doors and hatch open and radio on. I even fed him because he looked sick. The police, with a drug dog, did let him go after an hour or so. The next day I noticed my keys were gone and I called him and he said he took them and needed $550 more to return my keys and complete his work. He was rude and hostile on the phone and kept calling. He did come back in the middle of the night and work on the car again. He then stated that I didn't hire him to fix my car but only to replace parts. I paid him the rest of them money just to get him to leave. He also texted me at 12:30 at night and asked me if my young daughters were asleep. With in one week my car broke down again and the compressor he had replaced had seized and completely ruined my engine due to incorrect repair and the engine is now totaled.

Unfortunately, they did not have any "Flying Spur" models to look at, but that is probably too much of a car for me anyway. I took my car to this shop on 2/7/26 looking to get my brakes fixed, the loud popping sound I heard…read morewhile driving and anything else I needed to pass inspection. After the diagnostic they said I needed 4 tires, a right front hub and barring assembly, left front inter tie rod, exhaust gasket, high mount brake bulb, wiper blades and an alignment. The price they gave me was $2300 for everything. I called around to some other shops to price compare and every other shop I got in contact with charged under $2000 for the work but because it was urgent and I didn't want to take any more risk driving the car in its condition i had them get started. I picked my car up the following day and the break light was still on which was an immediate a red flag. I went back in and told the mechanic that worked on my car about it and he said "Im not sure why it's still on but maybe after you drive it around it will register and turn off". I also noticed the tires did not look new; from the dirt on them to within minutes of me driving off the TPMS light came on indicating I need to put air in my tires I just bought. Last but not least my acceleration would have a hard time keeping up with a turtle, which was not an issue before I took my car to this shop. I called them back 2/12/26 addressing the issues Im experiencing with my car due to a lack of proper work and diagnostic from Mr Tire's mechanic. During the call I told the manager about my acceleration, my tire pressure, and my brake light still being on, which again was already supposed to be taken care of in my first payment. They scheduled me for today 2/21/26 8:00am. When I got there the manager told me that they can only look at the tires and one other thing I don't want to misquote, but they don't have anyone that can check on my acceleration problem which was my most important things I needed fixed. Why I wasn't made aware of that before I drove all the way there Im not sure. He also told me I would have to pay additional cost for this work. I find that ridiculous, they are over priced and won't even get all the work done properly. They basically are trying to charge me extra money for a problem that should have already been fixed. I would NEVER go to this shop again nor would I recommend Mr Tire to ANYONE.
