I'm sure my hardwood floor underneath is damaged as well. I am very disappointed in the whole experience.

Needless to say, I was quite hesitant. I wish I had known that there was absolutely no need to be! Chevaughn was extremely accommodating. His calm demeanor put me at ease. As an overnight shift worker (I sleep during the day) I also very much appreciated that he was prompt in person, via email, and via text. His method of communicating is very clear. Being able to see an official detailed invoice and pay for the services through an app straight from my cell phone was wonderfully convenient. When it came down to the actual job, he clearly explained what he was going to do to be sure I understood and agreed with it. I appreciated the fact that he cleaned as he worked, paying attention to detail. He even voluntarily repaired a few things he noticed but I hadn't requested.
