Just three days ago on return trip from FL in my RV w/a trailer full of equipment the wheel and hub came off on I-10. I stayed the night in my RV and next morning flipped a coin and called Black Knight. Eduardo answered on the first ring and told me he knew my exact location and would be there shortly. Within 30 minutes he and an assistant came and in pouring rain loaded my entire "loaded" broken trailer on his rollback. We then commenced to drive 70 miles to Lake Conroe in the pouring rain and they unloaded my broken trailer perfectly inside one of my shops! Then came time to pay the bill and I was pleasantly surprised, it was more than fair! These guys are RELIABLE, ON-TIME, PROFFESIONAL and PERSONABLE and FAIR PRICED! I was on the phone with her and could hear him bullying her, yelling at her and telling her he would drag her out of her car. He didn't care that she has sustained leg injuries, and couldn't walk. He threatened to drag her out of her car, then leave her on the side of the busy morning freeway and walk home. Again, her knees were injured and she could barely walk, but couldn't stand on her legs for sometime. She had to hold him off from dragging her out of her car, possibly inflicting more damage to her knees/legs so she could muster up the strength to wobble out of her car. Then he gave her NO information about where her car was going, no paperwork, nothing. Had my daughter's boyfriend not showed up to assist before he towed we wouldn't know where the car was going. So they followed him then I showed up at the tow yard to get the paperwork so we could present it to insurance for them to retrieve the car, and the same driver cursed me out. Bullied me. Was so rude while I was still in a mild panic state over my daughter just having been in a bad accident. He acted like a insecure little boy, and was a misogynistic pig. He acted like a common abuser to women. I am a 60 year old woman who is strong, independent and I don't bow to an aggressive man and never will. This guy got a huge piece of my mind. People like him should NOT be in the tow industry that responds to accidents. He is an abusive little boy and hopes he never runs into me again.

I had a really unsettling experience with one of this company's tow truck drivers on FM 1960. I had to slam on my brakes and swerve left to avoid hitting him. It wasn't even close--there was no way he could've made that turn without cutting into my lane. I honked to make him aware, but instead of moving on, he chose to escalate the situation. For the next two and a half miles, he followed me, tailgating with his brights on, pulling up next to me, and then cutting into my lane. When we finally stopped at a red light, he rolled down his window, started yelling, and waving his hands at me. He only backed off when I held up my phone to show I was calling 911. This was not just unprofessional--it was downright dangerous. I understand that driving a tow truck can be stressful, but there is no excuse for this kind of intimidation on the road. I wouldn't trust a company that allows its drivers to behave this way.

Last Friday morning I came back from running a morning errand and noticed that my daughters car (parked in our gated community and under a carport) had its tires and rims stolen and the car was on cinderblocks!!! Awful! After calling 911, notifying our community manager, taking pictures, calling out of work, contacting insurance (this incident was NOT covered), and getting my mind right, I started calling local towing companies. This proved to be quite the chore. Many tow companies don't tow cars with no rims and tires. I mean, I get it but, what's a person to do?! I then found one that was going to charge me A LOT ... including a deposit and $5 per mile to the cars destination. Yikes! I called Best Houston Towing, they answered quickly, the gentleman was super nice, quick with info, gave me a great quote for the tow, and let me know just what time the driver would be at our place with rims and tires to put on the car and to get to the tire/rim shop! It literally ALL happened just like that and was SUPER seamless!!!! The driver was on time, wore a mask for his and our safety, was as nice and friendly as could be, and worked efficiently and effectively to get the car safely loaded onto the truck and then got it safely to the tire/rim store! I am beyond thankful for the great customer service and support from Best Houston Towing, and really helped to turn a bad situation into a positive one!!
