Don't buy a car from them they will lie to you. Bought a mach e 2023 brand new and was told we would receive a 7500 dollar tax credit for buying the car. Did our taxes this year and was told the car did not qualify. Went up there to talk to the sale manager and his only response was he didn't say that. Well no kidding cause you didn't sell me the car but your salesman did and the guy in the back who had us sign all the paperworks​. My husband and I ventured out here to look at a car we were interested in purchasing. The price and mileage were good and it was what we were looking for. We had set up an appointment, and when we arrived, the sales guy was busy. No worries - they found someone else to help us. After a test drive, we got out to examine the car further and learned that the 3rd-row seats did not fold down. They got the manager, another sales guy, AND the mechanic out, and no one could figure it out. I told them to give me a call once it was fixed so we could come back and look at/possible purchase. Never heard from them again. My husband followed up 3 days later and they never returned our call. Guess they didn't want our business. read more

Good shout out to the service staff for repairing a hard to find "come and go" problem due to my wrecked vehicle plaguing my favorite truck the past year. I admit I was ill and on the offense but the staff more than redeemed themselves. I left my car in the quick lane to do several things, but three hours later my car was sitting outside, they had changed the oil but none of the other things were touched. They called and said I had a nail in my tire on the side and couldn't be repaired, they offered to sell me a new tire and I said ok, but nothing was done to install it. I still can't find a nail in the tire. I wouldn't trust them again gif they said something was bad. Very disappointed in their concern, and worst the front desk wanted to argue with me when I pointed out they had the car Gor three hours. The head of the mechanical area tried to excuse himself by saying he had cars backed for several days. If true, apparently not communicated to the front desk, if was communicated then the front desk has a serious problem and lack of concern for their clients. Will I go back not likely. read more

Recently, my car was totaled in New Orleans sending me unexpectedly into a search for a new car. I am used to doing nationwide searches for cars as many times the savings outweigh the travel costs. And that was the case again this time. I ended up finding the car I wanted at Town and Country Ford in Pell City. I worked with Buddy Williams over the phone and through text to get the deal done. Buddy was great and a true professional. He treated me fairly and was transparent throughout the whole deal. He gave me a list of everything I needed to provide so that the paperwork would be ready on my arrival. I got to town, took the car for a test drive, inspected the car and everything was exactly how Buddy promised. He a few things to sign with him, then onto the finance manager's office. The dealership itself is new and high tech. We did all the paperwork on an iPad and was done in about 15 minutes. I was back on the road headed home a happy customer with just the car I was hoping for. After last 2 services a rear hub cover fell off or was discovered missing. The first on the driver's side fell off while driving and the second on the right side was discovered missing after. Nothing was done the when reported the first time and a denial that they touched the second. These are $175 hub covers. There is a positive lock when installed correctly and they don't just fall off. No assistance was provided for replacement. read more
