They informed me that service was first come first serve but that they did have the part in stock and I could stop by whenever was convenient for me. We got there this morning at 06:55, we were second in line. The service doors opened promptly at 07:00. We were greeted by a gentleman at 07:05, when it was our turn. He took our information and said that it shouldn't be "too long". He directed us to the waiting area and offered us coffee or water. My wife and I sat down and watched the news and chatted for a minute. At 07:30 we were called by the same gentleman and told our Acadia was ready to go. He had it out front, with the AC on waiting for us. He said it was a warranty recall and he would take care of the paperwork after we were gone but didn't want us to have to wait any longer. He thanked us for stopping by and we were on our way. Pulled out of the parking lot at 07:35. Not sure what kind of repair this was or how long it typically takes but was impressed by the customer service and friendly employees. Would highly recommend! Thank you Royal GMC!

I usually come on Saturday morning and get there before 8 o'clock when they open so I won't be waiting too long. My enclave had a recall on the airbag and I've been waiting for the airbag to come in. I've been dealing with Ralph Daniel and he is so professional and always gets back to me. The lobby is very nice with free water bottles and coffee. There is also a charging station for phones. Always come here because I know I'm gonna get my oil changed correctly. It's a little pricey, but worth it for the piece of mine.

We bought a 2018 Hyundai Elantra on 10/13/2025. The next day we brought the car back in because the…read moreRPMs was going into the red whenever we would speed up to pass someone and per Birmingham location the service department and manager told us it was normal for a vehicle to do this. So let's move on, we had an error code for camshaft sensor on 1/3/2026 we notified Holmes motors of this error code and to tow it there it of cost $100 using my insurance for towing and they claimed he was over mileage and according to the paper we were not. We had to have the car fixed we had the vavle cover gaskets, crankshaft seal (front), rear disc pads, oil filter and oil done fixed. Now during this time our vehicle was in the shop for approximately 3 weeks after getting fixed. Then we had to replace the wheel bearing on front passenger on 2/10/2026 as i sent message for service at Holmes and nothing from them. Now as of 2/20/26 the engine is gone. Pistons broke, engine oil all over the car, engine oil pan replaced. So let's see if Holmes will replace this vehicle as my son has made his pymts on time if not early at $240 biweekly and we put down $2000 on a car on 10/13/25 that is not drivable and have been having issues since we gotten the vehicle. If they would of done a proper inspection on this vehicle when we brought it into them then maybe they would of caught this issue before it gotten this bad to where this vehicle is no longer drivable.
